The hotel is in good condition, with spacious rooms, a really nice spa area with a big indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna (dry and wet), all of it included. It's located on the side of Mendoza Mall, and close to a main road, which makes it easy to go everywhere.
The only thing I have to complain about is that during breakfast, some hot dish options in the buffet were not hot at all. The scrambled eggs were cold, and the bacon looked like it wasn't cooked at all. But all the rest of the buffet was great!

Clean and well managed hotel with excellent facilities, great staff and delicious breakfast.
This is a great hotel so not much to complain about. Possibly location is not strict city centre but we found that to be an advantage as it was very close to a great shopping mall and caba are very cheap.

The bed was the most uncomfortable I have slept in for as long as I have memory. Very poor mattress and pillows.
On arrival my case was placed with concierge for the day before check in. When unpacking in my room, 2 pairs of glasses were missing from my suitcase. My fault for not relocking my case before placing with the concierge. First theft from luggage I have had in more than 20 years
