Wonderful
Great location, easy walking distance to great restaurants and bars. Gorgeous parks nearby. Safe and clean area. Transport to wineries easy to organize.

The location was good. Close to downtown and many great restaurants.
The breakfast wasn’t good. There was plenty of food but the quality wasn’t good. The service was not friendly or helpful. Our air conditioning stopped working through our stay.

The hotel desperately needs to be updated. The front desk told me there was only the option for a digital key because they were “saving plastic”, but later I saw many people with physical key cards.

I wish the garage staff can be able to understand English so that our parking will be easier, having said that, the staff had done her best to help us by using translation app.

Very nice breakfast and spacious rooms. Very well located, close by many restaurants and several landmarks.
Not every guest is used to all the new tecnologies so they should have normal keys for the rooms and not only opening the door with your app on your phone. I believe they should ask the guest what they prefer. I´m ok with thecnology but older people might have problems with that.

Hotel is in a very good location. Excellent restaurants within close walking distance. Room was large as was the bath. The hotel certainly prides itself as a 5 star hotel and it shows in staff attentiveness and room amenities.
We had a west facing room, and in the afternoons the single-pane windows got very hot. We had to drawn the heavy curtains to keep the room temperature comfortable.

Location is good
The staff were not polite. We were on our honeymoon, and I was sick and recovering from a fall. When we asked for an extra bottle of water (only two are provided for free during the stay), they wanted to charge us. We even offered to exchange it with a bottle of wine they had given us for our honeymoon, but they refused.
At check-in, we had a few questions about the 21% VAT, and the reception staff reacted angrily. Breakfast was minimal, with almost no vegetables. When I asked if they could add vegetables to the omelet, they said they could only serve them on the side for an additional cost.
When we arrived in the room, the bed sheets were dirty, and the mattress was very worn and curved. After several people inspected it, all agreed it was unacceptable. They agreed to change the mattress, but we had to wait for the staff to do so—and even then, the replacement mattress was also dirty.
In short, I have stayed in 3, 4, and 5-star hotels, and I have no idea how this property is rated 5-star. It is more like a 3-star hotel, despite an impressive reception and first floor. The staff need proper management training to treat guests respectfully. For example, when we asked for medical help, they had no one available to assist. A simple request for water was met with a choice: pay or manage with my injured leg. Only after we mentioned that we would post a review did they provide two bottles of water—and I’m not even sure if they charged us.

Fabulous hotel. Good location. Very pleasant and helpful staff. The room was enormous with a beautiful view of the Andes in the distance. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The shower was superb. We were given a complimentary glass of wine on arrival and a further one with our evening meal. The food in the restaurant was exquisite and breakfast was excellent. This hotel was just perfect I would thoroughly recommend for a a very luxurious stay
