Lovely grounds and nice large room. Breakfast was nice.
Staff was not really available other than at breakfast time. Only water was available in the main dining room. It would have been nice to have a drink at the "mini bar" even if just a soda. The location was okay though to be fair we are an older couple and walking at the time was an issue.

Beautiful house, pool, and gardens. Excelente breakfast, and staff who takes care of it.
I reserved a room but when we arrived we were told the bathroom was outside the room. Not so private. We were given another room outside the main house, with stairs to 2nd floor( I have knee problems, use a cane). We miscommunicated. Owner apologize for misunderstanding.

If you want to be close to the big park of Mendoza, this is your place. The rooms are simply furnished, but with all the stuff you need. We enjoyed the swimming pool in the garden, which we often had for ourselves. During our stay we could wash our clothes for free, which was very convenient for us. De staff was outstanding, very friendly.
Make good arrangements with the owner about the payment, to avoid unpleasant surprises. We could only pay in cash (so not with a credit card) and at first the owner asked for a payment according to the blue rate. After we had indicated that we were not used to that, he corrected that.

Great location, nice big room, comfy beds and good air conditioning which was needed given it was 30-40 degrees! The owner was really nice and friendly as well, would highly recommend this property
Only minor points but the breakfast was quite limited and the rooms could do with some more soft touches like plants, pictures etc as they were quite spartan / bare

Large rooms with a big comfortable bed and a wall-in closet. The garden and the pool was the real highlight. The owners were incredibly hospitable, friendly, and helpful all the time.

I really want to rate this place higher because the people seem so nice. The property is large but needs a little updating. Our room was large, good and the staff was very nice! The breakfast was very nice, especially the fruit salad...yum! The ladies did some laundry for us and did a great job! I am sure in the summer, the outdoor space and pool area would be very enjoyable.
I expected more from what we saw online. I wanted to leave a better review, because it has great potential but just a few things we could not get past. Mainly the bathroom, even though it was connected to a very large closet area. The faucet in the shower leaked the entire time, the bathtub is old and just gross. The toilet did not flush well.
Also, I did not read the fine print, my bad, as far as payment and missed the cash only...ended up paying extra to process through a digital means.

Owner and cleaner were super kind! The room was huge , bright and super comfy. Lots of storage space. I also had the pool to myself to sit and relax for the day.
Gave great recommendations and prepared a lovely breakfast.

Breakfast was great and they handled my wife's gluten-free issues well. Gabriel was a great host. His staff was very accomodating. The pool was great. we took all 3 rooms, so had the whole place to ourselves. Great location. We'd definitely come back.

Great B&B in a fab location by the St Martin park and easy walk to bars and restaurants. Really nice host who could gave lots of advice, just wish we had longer there to experience the hospitality.
