The pool was great, very hot sometimes, but great. Great stuff.
The pool could be less hot. And saunas are not hot enough. Breakfast lacks vegetables. And one side of bed was sagging.

Very clean, good size room and bathroom. Extremely comfortable bed. Breakfast buffet was good but dinner menu was fantastic! with very good service. We dined in every night and tried most of the dishes. It was great not having to walk around looking for a good place to eat after a full day at the beach. The heated pool was nice and convenient. The massage was first class.
Saunas (dry and wet) are set on short timer so they never get hot enough to sweat.

Friendly staff, comfortable beds and pillows, pool was heated so we were able to enjoy ot even though it was a bit chilly outside. Breakfast was good (scramble eggs, sausages, ham, cheese, croissants, cereals) but I would have appreciated more fruit options (melon, pineaple, strawberries, etc.) to make it a bit healthier ;)
More fruit options would be great at the breakfast buffet.

The pool
The room was dirty with what it seemed it was blood. The bathroom door broken, the curtain fell on us and when requested a room change it was denied. The room didnt have a phone to contact the lobby or a fridge. Was not the room we expected or was advertised to us.

The hotel is nice, centrally located (15 min walking from the beaches and 15 min from the restaurant/bar area) in the quiet and safe area. The staff is friendly and welcoming, they checked us in in the morning and let us stay 2 extra hours after the check out. The pool area is great, the water was extremely hot and felt more like sauna))
The rooms are quite old and require some renovation. The walls were dirty, the bathroom is quite small and not really comfortable. The breakfast is basic, a lot of pastries and eggs, nothing more. However, it is still better than most of the hotels in the area.

The bed was great, and the heated pool is very nice. The location is good for more local authentic restaurants. It's a good 15/20 minute walk to the tourist strip or the nearest beach.
The room is very tired. Mould/water damage in the wardrobe, the plug sockets are hidden behind the bed so you have to move the (large and heavy) bed one way or the other and means you can only use one set of sockets, the door handle to my en suite bathroom broke sealing the bathroom shut and it took them 7 hours to fix (I told them straight away one morning as i needed the bathroom/to brush my teeth and they said it would be looked at straight away. 30 minutes later I'm still waiting so I tell them I have to leave for the day. I get back 7 hours later and they've done nothing), the shower (which really needs a clean/replacing) will spontaneously change to incredibly hot water for a few seconds to the point where I thought I had been burned, there is no wifi in the bedrooms which they acknowledge but don't seem to do or care to do anything about.
All of these things are not dealbreakers, but when combined together and factoring in that this is a very expensive hotel in a resort area that has many other options, I certainly would not recommend it to anyone right now.
