Very nice breakfast. Rooms were nice and comfortable. Good pillow selection.
Nice shower also.
There were beard hairs all over the sink as well as in the toilet when we entered the room. Cleanliness should have been better.
Parking is 150 mts away and you have to pay a fee.

The staff were very friendly and allowed an early check in, which was a bonus. The location is very central and close to a lot of the cities action. The breakfast was also reasonably good.
The room fridge was very noisy and a little irritant at night when trying to sleep.

The staff is supremely helpful! The hotel itself is attractive, full of light and green spaces. There is a Cafe on the ground floor and a bakery next door. The location is great, close to shopping and restaurants if that's what you are looking for. The "peatonal" shopping street is very close and at the end of it you find the ocean. Despite being small, our room was well equipped and comfortable. The price was very reasonable too!
Our room is tiny. My husband barely fit in the bathroom! Next time I would pay more and get a better room (one with a balcony would be nice) because we really like this hotel.

The hotel is in a quiet but central location. The beach is within walking distance. There are restaurants and shops everywhere. My room was on the ground floor, better to ask for a room with a view ? Breakfast was good.
Just a small problem with the shower head, the water shot over the shower door into the bathroom. But it can be quickly fixed

They advertise a parking lot that has an agreement witb the hotel, but it is still very expensive.
You can pay a bit more and get a hotel

We liked the location of the hotel and the room that we were eventually allocated after much persistence on our part!
Poor experience when we checked in. When we booked (well in advance) we had requested a quiet room, preferably on the upper floor. We appreciate our request cannot always be accommadated. However the room we were initially given really was a noisy location. We were given a room on first floor, immediately next to the lift & stairs, above Reception and overlooking the busy Plaza below. Furthermore, they were digging up the road next to the hotel & so there was the constant sound of drilling all day. When we asked to move rooms, the Receptionist explained that all the rooms were full as they had several large groups of people staying. However after much persistence we were given a much quieter room! We also didn’t like the breakfast room & seating arrangements. There were several large groups of people staying at the hotel & the room was set up to cater for them. There were no tables for two. So we ate breakfast seated at a big round table for 8 or so people. The room was like a big, vacuous, noisy conference room, completely lacking in character. Not a pleasant or relaxing breakfast experience.

The location of the hotel is great. Accessible and within reach of restaurants and shops. Staff was kind, attentive and helpful. Breakfast options were varied and of good quality. The room was clean, with comfortable beds.

Wonderful
Lovely hotel located in the main square and close to the main shopping area. About a 10 minute walk to the beach. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and nicely furnished. Really nice bathroom. Excellent buffet breakfast. Good wifi and pleasant staff. Lots of places to eat very near the hotel. I would stay there again.

Location is very good, staff is excellent.
I really enjoyed breakfast, and also had very good coffee at the bar located on the ground floor.
My bed was king size, the room was small but, all in all, very comfortable. And we had great pillows!
There was just one thing I really didn't like: the bathroom does not have a door to separate it from the bedroom! There is a glass door which does not go all the way up to the ceiling. I checked at the front desk and all rooms are designed the same way: no door between bathroom and bedroom. That is weird. And a little uncomfortable

The room was amazingly comfortable and ample. The staff very helpful and friendly and a delicious breakfast buffet made a real treat to stay in this hotel. The location is great and close to the main areas of the city centre.
