Excellent location, enjoyed using the indoor pool and gym. Good breakfast with some variety. We were upgraded to a better room free of charge. Staff was helpful and friendly.
Poor water pressure in shower and crammed bathroom. We asked for a quiet room but were given one below the gym, which was used between early in the morning to late afternoon, and one room away from the utility closet.

Part of the hotel was renovated, but rooms were not. Rooms need renovation and be cleaned more thoroughly.
Bathroom not very well cleaned. That was one of the reasons I wouldn’t come back

The location
Staff, poor flexibility when negotiating a room with better view. Parking was charged. Staff was not clear about pricing different rooms. Spa has limited hours, shower water power was bad

location
We were switched from a room for two people to one for three and we were charged more, but the room for three was much smaller than the room for two. This did not make any sense. We were literally stepping over our bags to get out of the room. The bathroom sink in this room was also about half the depth of a regular sink, reminding me of army bath sinks. It was a disaster.
I can honestly say this has been the worst room I have been to in at least a decade. Furthermore the hotel manager refused to provide a better room. Worst experience ever. Avoid this place like the plague.

Furniture in room a bit dated. Safety box was locked, didn't bother to ask to open. No English stations on TV.

The pool is ok, but the sauna is really small.
The concept of the breakfast buffet, with employees to hand out cheese/pastries, is a bit weird and annoying.

The swimming pool, the gym, and the location were great. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good.
The room was extremely small for two people. Overall I think it is a bit pricey for the quality of the room.

Best thing was breakfast: rich, diverse and tasty. There was also courtesy coffee and dessert served at noon, which was welcome as a timely snack. The coworking area was comfy and well designed, we were very pleased to use it since we were there on business. The hotel staff were friendly and glad to be of service, which made our stay more comfortable. Also, the bed was very comfortable and the shower poured hot water abundantly.
The noise. We could hear the road traffic as well as the hotel guests that passed through the hall and elevators opening, which made resting challenging, at times. Also, the parking lot had slow delivery times (longest was 12 minutes) and was charged extra. We complained about the cost transparency and got an honest response from the hotel. Finally, WiFi was practically unavailable at our room. So much so that not even the TV had reception, which meant that we had to rely on our cell phone data when not in the lobby -we found this unacceptable.
