Exceptional
I arrived early in the morning the day of my reservation. They were kind enough to give me a place to rest my head for a few hours before they moved me into my room (since it was occupied when I arrived). Staff is kind and understanding and worked with me even though I don't speak very much Spanish. It is close to the beach and easy to find!

Small but comfortable rooms, it’s nothing fancy but it’s a great location, friendly staff, free continental breakfast and free wifi was a nice bonus too

Room to the backside quiet, shower small so anyone needing space will have a problem, nice big bed
Breakfast not great, shower narrow, had room to street side first; very noisy all night, busy street and windows not insulated

Breakfast was good. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The room was very small and the bathroom was too small. There was no good ventilation. The shower was very complicated to use and didn't have space to keep soap or anything.

Disappointing
Good location.
While the staff was nice, most of them didn't speak a word of english and didn't even really try to foster good communication - merely dictated their answers.
The breakfast was almost non-existent with just a random assortment of fruits and spreads. Throughout Argentina, I have noticed that breakfast culture at hotels isn't really high, but this was an extreme even for that.
The room just kept dissapointing. The window being just a basic patio door with no insulation, front door being extremly annoying to unlock, shower not actually having a cabin but just being in the middle of the bathroom, the old elevator in the hallway so loud that it wakes you up every time someone uses it.
