The apartment was great, with a beautiful view of Cordoba, especially at night. It was spotless. The pool on the roof was a great plus!
No coffee maker in the apartment. When we asked for one, we were told that it only came with the deluxe apartment (!). However, there is a coffee shop on the ground floor that serves delicious coffee at a surprisingly low price.

Modern and clean apartment. It’s a 3 towers complex on the border of the center and the company rent several flats. The one we had was not as nice as the front picture but really recent and cool nonetheless (more like pics 8, 25 and 73 at the moment). Staff was really nice and helpful. The pool on top of our building was under repairs but we could use the one from the next tower (10m away).
If you pay by cash they add the VAT. We realised after and asked to pay by card if it removes the VAT (as foreigners) and they did it nicely. All good eventually but it would have been nice from them to tell you in advance.

the apartments are great! As on the pictures most on high floors (ours on the 14th floor) gives great views on your own balcony. The staff is nice, and the guards at the condominium are friendly. great to have a mini shop at downstairs (they have good coffee!)
The pool was very dirty, couldn’t see the bottom, pumps where off and it smelled bad.
the apartment is abit out of town, but perfectly done with taxi to Guermess

Appartment is beautiful and spacious. The swimming pool and gym are very nice and the building is luxurious. It's a 30 min walk to some nice spots, so not too far. Good value for money.
Staff is quite strict, you're not allowed to do anything before you pay. Also there's no flexibility and they tell you at everything there's no exception (in capitals) which doesn't scream customer service.
Furthermore i was asked to pay more than the amount on booking because of taxes which happened in no other place in Argentina. They explained it nicely but I'm still a little in doubt about it.
