Great location and easy to get around. Clean, comfortable room and friendly staff. Excellent location. Smooth check-in, pleasant team, and good value. Clean room with excellent housekeeping and laundry service.
Breakfast was good, but it got a bit crowded at times, which made it hard for the staff to reset tables for new arrivals.

Room keys stop working all the time and you have to go down to the reception to have them reset. Showers aren't the best, to be honest.

The shared spaces look modern and well maintained. The staff its friendly and very helpfull!
The room its old and not well maintained. My bedsheets had holes, the bathroom got flooded and the rack was broken. Looks nice on the outside but once you are there you find many things broken. Also they don't use the sanitary bed cover in between the bedsheets and the mattress ?

The location
It was a bit out dated the sheets had some things that wouldn’t come out. There was no tea/coffee maker in the room either. Also the service was very slow in the hotel restaurant.

Shower was not great but it worked also asked for a taxi to be booked day before leaving, 9staff must have forgot but easy fixed.
