A short time before the trip to Cordoba we were informed that the Neper hotel (which we had carefully selected because it was close to family living in Cordoba) could not host us (not clear why) but that they would transfer us to another hotel with the same level. In fact, that other hotel was not close at all, and of a low level (not more than 2 stars in my opinion).
