The location, the breakfast, and the cleaning ladies, were very good. This is in sharp contrast with the unfriendliness of the front desk staff. We stayed for 10 days, so it was really key to feel comfortable. The property was fine, but the service was poor.
The hotel made me pay more for the room booked, the information provided was not transparent, and they did not include detailed information about means of payment and different rates applicable. They tried on different occasions to request additional money for services that were included in the price, i.e. breakfast and cleaning. I had to submit a complaint because of that.

The staff go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. They helped with the language issue ( thank you Facundo! ),and showed us some great places to eat. Will stay here again if lucky enough to be in Argentina again!

Huge, beautiful apartment, comfortable bed, great location, very friendly staff, reasonable price.
Very unstable internet. Single-use soap is just a waste of resources, dispensers should be universal.

Staff was really kind and helpfull.
The Bathroom was not clean, there was hair in The shower and all around. The shower too Hot or too cold wasnt working properly. The AC was not like The photo, its old and noisy. The breakfast was served in The room and it was very poor, simple, didnt have many options. For The price is possible to find better hotels.

Staff were FABULOUS, Fucundo @ reception gets a special mention for being a terrific host 10/10. The room and bedroom had air conditioners, the bathroom was clean, room had a small balcony and kitchen is capable of cooking basic meals. Breakfast is delivered to your room. Bed was small for two but comfortable. Room has a safe. Supermarket very close and 2 doors down is a great little pasta shop that does a great lasagne. Shops and restaurants is a 10 to 15min walk. Pool is fabulous to use at the end of a hot day out exploring. Room cleaned daily if you want
Breakfast is basic. Wish they served eggs and bacon.
