Breakfast was ok. nothing fancy. Location ok if you have a car.
Facility lacked elevator. This fact should be stated in an obvious way, not tucked in with a whole lot of other information in very small print.

The place it is fine, the bedroom is fine, they have two pools (one open, other close with climatization), a great backyard for kids to play, the restaurant also is great with good wine options.
I put that the location isn't good because is located outside of the city, there isn't anything near by, however, if you are traveling just passing by san francisco, It can be a good location.
There is no elevator, I had to carry my luggage over the stairs
There was a smell in the bedroom, not a smell of uncleanness, like burned plastic, however was not confortable.
There was a lot of tiny flys in the backyard

Disappointing
Breakfast was probably the most basic I have ever seen at a hotel. Fruit was old, toaster was a home toaster so only four slices at a time and just ham and cheese as an option. Hot water was by way of a kettle. Drinks had to be paid directly at the bar and no facility to add to the room. Also, they try and take your credit card for payment instead of handing you the machine. (This seems to be the norm in Argentina). Additionally, the waitress expected me to give her my pin number which of course I refused. Nice pool.
We'd requested a double bed in the room and we'd booked well in advance of our stay. When we arrived we'd been allocated twin rooms. Reception staff was very indifferent and unable to assist.

The staff were exceptional! The hotel was good, as expected, but the staff at the front desk were fantastic. They really made our stay worthwhile.
Breakfast was a bit average… not so much choice.
