Service levels excellent with staff. Good location. Elevators. Breakfast was adequate. Security of hotel.
Musty smell to room. Bathroom grout moldy. Dinner not very good.

Breakfast was wonderful. Big, clean pool, with shadow and sun places. Behind the hotel is not the best place to walk around after dark. Stay in front, other side of the canada.

The cleanliness, friendly staff and excellent good.
The AC system seemed very old. The temperature in the room was in the warm side.

The hotel is in a good location in the city center. There are large shopping malls around it, which is very convenient. The front desk of the hotel can provide English service.
The hotel room is a bit small, the facilities in the room are old, and the service attitude of the hotel staff is average

Wonderful welcoming staff. Clean comfy room. Good location - walking distance to many of the things we wanted to see.

The staff was very helpful, and the breakfast area was very interesting and stylish.
I reserved a room here in part because it offered covered parking. Even though we arrived very early in the evening, we were told their parking was full for the night. We were given a voucher to park in another nearby lot, for free we thought, but no we had to pay and the voucher was just a small discount on a large price.
