The location, and the friendliness of the staff. Also, it has a rooftop swimming pool.
There was a very loud noise every 2 minutes (like the building was cracking) and this kept us awake during the night. Also, we only received ONE toilet paper roll for the whole stay (4 nights) and the kitchen appliances were either non-functioning or missing.

I travelled with a friend a couple of days and it was great for two people. The room has amenities.
The kitchen is very comfortable, the whole room and beds were clean.
The location is great, there are a lot of stores and a couple of supermarkets near. There are also some museums and a shopping center.
If you want to go out, there are options for restaurantes and bars in the area.
It was easy to collect the property keys when we arrived. Departamentos Lugar gives you a guide from the moment you do the check-in to the check-out. It's a good service.

Lights in the room are not as depicted in the picture here. Very uncomfortable. Also the shower was not safe, if you accidentally touch the tap the water was extremely hot.

The location of this property is really good, and the customer service is also great. They answered quite quickly each time we contacted them. The property looks nice and modern. All and all it is a good deal.
Give the low price I am not sure if I should be complaining, but these are things that you have to take into account:
1- Probably the biggest issue, the shower takes around 10 minutes to warm up and you have to leave it running which feels quite wasteful.
2- The key pad in the door is kind of sensitive so it is easy to accidentally enter a number when activating the keyboard. if you enter the code wrong a few times the keyboard gets locked and you have to contact customer service
3- If you stay for a few days, there is no extra cleaning. This is not necessary an issue, but better to know about it since you will need to wash the towels probably.

The location was great to visit the main landmarks in Cordoba. It was clean and comfortable and the breaksfast service was very good.
Maybe information about when/where to collect the vouchers for breakfast should be left at the apartment. It is a bit noisy at night, especially at the weekend since it is near a lively area.

Everyone was helpful and lovely. The room was huge and everything was to our expectations. Our particular apartment was located above a car park and in Argentina they beep whenever a car leaves which was constantly. That really needs to be mentioned as it's more than just downtown noise.
