Not what it was in the pictures.
The electric wiring was old and fried my hairdryer
But mainly it was not even close to what it was in the picture. The bedroom was very small

Location, attentive service, decently turned out.
Noise from streets is audible on seventh floor. Understandable why the rental units are up front and lived in units further back.

Ladies on reception were exceptional. Also, security downstairs was always good to us. Very nice pool, would benefit from a few chairs etc.
Pigeons on the windows and balconies. Very disturbing. There are anti-pigeon traps but not well though through. But after all this place was great.

Nice shower.
The bed was okay but they put two twin beds together and call that a queen size bed. They don’t use fitted sheets so you wake up sleeping partially on a mattress with no mattress pad. Not to mention the uncomfortable middle where the two mattresses come together.
The apartment is on a Main Street where everyone use there horn. Very loud motorcycles day and night. We got there and the AC in the living/dining room didn’t work. When I reported it, they acted like I didn’t know how to operate the remote. They know it doesn’t work but they are too cheep to fix it.
They advertise a safe in the room and it’s there. You can’t use it because it’s locked closed. The cleaning staff will come in if you aren’t there. Luckily they were honest.
When we booked it app said we were going to be upgraded to a bigger apartment but we felt it was really a bait and switch.

The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for a night's stay. The hosts were responsive.
There were a number of things that made this apartment average and overpriced:
1. Attaining entry is longwinded and complicated. You had to go the general lift from the underground parking to the ground floor and then enter the building next door and take a different lift to the second floor to meet the hosts and get instructions on how to enter the apt. They did send everything to text which was, at least, helpful as it is complicated.
2. Entry to both the building and to the apartment is via a numberpad - the code we were given didn't work the first time and we had to faff about going back to the second floor to tell the hosts and get a new code etc and try again. The new code worked to get into the apt but not the building (we just waited for someone to exiting to let us in).
3. The blinds in the second bedroom were falling off the wall.
4. The bidet in the second bedroom didn't spray.
Overall it was expensive for what it was and I would not stay again as frankly the amount of time wasted just trying to get in was not worth it.

This nice-sized apartment is well located, right on the division line between the Centro section and Nueva Cordoba. There were many good restaurants in the area. All the major sites and museums were within easy walking distance. Check-in was easy, and the staff was a delight.
The pots and pans in the kitchen need to be replaced.

Hosts have all prepared for you even if you arrive after check in ours. We arrived by car and the parking plus the entry keys were provided along with clear instructions on how to get in and use the apartment.

The location is great for walking as well as driving by car. The apartment is wide and luminous, and has a nice balcony.
Be aware of noisy neighbors loud speaking, fighting, and having seggs in the middle of the night. The walls are so thin and poorly isolated that you hear everything they talk and do.

Very noisy facing a busy street. Also poor sound proof - neighbors making loud noise from partying at 3AM. Complained to the Property and the staff said "it's none of my business"!!!

It's fine for a night if you want to stay inner city.
It's essentially an apartment, and is a little run down. The staff were not very friendly or helpful. We asked them where the nearest laundrette was and they said there weren't any, but there are at least 3 just down the street. They also weren't very helpful on check-in.
