The location was the best part. Close to multiple bus stops, restaurants, shops, and bars. The size of the room was definitely larger than most hotels in the area.
The bed mattress could be upgraded. A little hard.

Beautiful location, we loved our room facing the park & the Congress, comfortable bed & pillows, easy cheap laundry for a fee, Great neighborhood. Big room with wonderful sofa. Great for three people. Hugo the host managing the apartments is fantastic!
To make this place outstanding I would add You tube TV, Netflix, scissors, more hangers, fix window covers, and put a bigger bathroom basket.

I liked the location and having everything we needed for our family of four adults. Loved having the hop on hop off stop right out the doors and lots of shopping nearby. The coffee, tea and hot chocolate dispensing room on our 10th floor was a treat. Friendly and efficient service.

This is an Airbnb-style apartment.
We arrived at 4 a.m., and the concierge at the lobby gave us our key and escorted us to the apartment. Since we checked in quite early, we paid an extra half-day rate, which I found fair.
The apartment is located in an amazing area. We stayed on the very high floor, and the view from our balcony was stunning—overlooking the main square with beautiful architecture.
The apartment was very spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The furniture was slightly dated, but everything was very clean. We also had a heater in the room, which was very convenient as the nights could get chilly.
We loved that the apartment was close to the main street with the Obelisco, so we could walk through the lively streets late into the night and easily return home on foot.
Overall, I highly recommend this apartment—it made our stay in Argentina incredible!
We didn’t have any cleaning service during our 4-night stay.
To be honest, the couch in the living room wasn’t very comfortable.
I would also recommend adding teabags and complimentary water in the room. Sometimes, after coming back from the cold outside, I really wanted to have a cup of tea, but there was nothing available.

The apartment next door had a dog that barked when anyone passed their front door.

Super secure, modern apartment right across from Congress. Excellent shower and bath. Good kitchen that we didn’t really use. Tons of restaurants nearby.
2 bedroom set up, separated by a bank of cabinets, a little funky. If you open the porch door, it's pretty noisy.

It’s in the middle of all the action. The location is exceptional. A few minutes walk from Av. Corrientes. All the great landmarks. I can keep going.
Next the staff: they were so helpful. Hugo and Rosy were amazing. We ended up coming early and Hugo helped us settle in a bit early since the apartment was ready. They also helped us store our luggage in the office on the last day.
I also loved the coffee machine on the 10th floor for use by Rivadavia.
