The staff, property, and breakfast all exceeded my expectations. They were friendly, knowledgeable and made the stay very enjoyable. The property is simply decorated but tasteful and included everything we could want from a short stay. Breakfast was delicious and bonus points on the iced latte!

Excellent customer service, great recommendations, comfortable bed, quiet. Location is not too far from a subway station that is quick and inexpensive to get to the park, museum, cemetery and shopping.

Mosquitos. My Daughter received 4 mosquito bites during The night. Bathrooms Also with mosquitos. Would recommend placing mosquito nets over bed or mesh over windows

Great location - close to AEP. Property felt safe and was comfortable. Small and hospitable. The owners are SO welcoming. They will cook you breakfast and I loved speaking with them. I was upgraded without even asking and I really appreciated them staying up to date with me regarding my arrival. I can’t thank them enough and hope to be back soon!

Very clean good size room quite. Breakfast was nice.
Poor location, everything is 0.3 mile of a walk. Parking is 5 blocks away. Airport (Eze) 18 miles away.
If you don’t mind walking it’s OK.
