The location was very convenient. The room was very large, and had a kitchen. Bed was very comfortable.
It would be nice if they had at least a continental breakfast on site.

The stuff was amazing! Very welcoming at 2am. Everything was ready for us and everyone was really nice and helpful also with holding our baggage because of our late flight! I found the bed really comfortable and slept great! The room as advertised and very spaced

The property itself was amazing as was the staff although the property was secure, it is in kind of a sketchy area. For her one night stay, they forgot to put quilts on our bed and we had to sleep under the sheets as we got home really late from the tango. A simple mistake.

Room very generously sized, clean and nicely equipped. Lobby, breakfast area and pool are beautiful. Nice local restaurants and market in the area. About a 15 minute walk to the harbor and nice sites along the way.
The water heater went out on the last night so could did not shower in the evening. Did not know, waited until morning and still not working, so my shower was brisk! Upon checkout learned it was not working. It happens. :)

Great location. Loved the balcony. Friendly and helpful staff! Adorable cozy feeling both inside the room, in the lobby and out on the street. Street art everywhere! Gym is a couple doors down. Pharmacy is 2 blocks away, grocery store 2 & 3 blocks away in other directions. Bus stops everywhere to get you anywhere you need to go in the city.
The stove stopped working at some point. It was the last day so it wasn’t a big deal. The staff were great about it.
There was also a robbery a couple of blocks down from the hotel at the big open air market. My sister saw it. Two guys stole a motorbike from one person and a cellphone/purse snatch from a different person at the same time and then rode off on the bike. ?️ Locals were helping and called the police. This happened in the late morning right after the market opened. It’s a beautiful city, just be smart and watch out for petty crimes.

The staff were super attentive and helpful. The location is pretty good for walking around and exploring. The place is very modern and clean. There was a good sense of privacy and quietness while also having some common spaces for hanging out.

This was our base hotel as we went around South America. They held the bags for us while we went around. The hotel was near good restaurants and shops and a laundry place we kept going to. The staff was also great and always helpful until the end!

Natasha was the most helpful staff! She gave us good restaurant recommendations even medicine suggestions since one of us was feeling under the weather. Also the location is near a lot of good restaurants!
