Wonderful
Very walkable to restaurants and subway system. Lots of space in the studio apartment with a small kitchen. Had everything we needed for a couple of days.

Good location. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Air conditioning in every room worked well. Staff was very polite and there was someone at the office 24 hours. Safe.
The property has two buildings on the same block. We were given an apartment in what appeared to be the secondary building. The elevator did not work properly: if you were slow the door would shut off on you, crushing you.
Although the unit was advertised for 6 people, there is no way someone could cook in that stove (no oven) for six people. The bathroom on the main floor seemed to have been an afterthought: it is in the kitchen and it is so small that the toilet is in the shower. We were two people and we were given two towels for our six day stay.
There were contradictions between what we were told by the people at the office (who, btw, were very polite) and what the website said. There was no coffee maker in the apartment so I asked for one at the check-in window, in the other building. I was given one on the spot and I had to walk half a block carrying the coffee maker myself.
Several sockets heated up the phone chargers dangerously.

Friendly and very accommodating concierge. Clean and accommodation feels safe. Clean room and kitchen. Easy to find. A few blocks to get a bus to san telmo, la boca equivalent to $1, credimcards accepted. Uber is also affordable tomuse from Le Batiment.

Large suite with a fully equipped kitchen in a good location in Recoleta. Choice of buses right outside the door. Only a short walk to a main street and the subway.
Paraguay is a busy street and the windows were thin. Quite noisy at night. No breakfast but you could cook your own.

It is a one bedroom apartment with large bed in the bedroom and a small bed in the living room. There is a table for eating and working. The area around the apartment is safe and easily walkable. The kitchen has basic plates and utensils for cooking. Plenty of hot water and water pressure was decent. WiFi is pretty good, although there were a few times it went out or was slow.
No coffee is supplied, only tea. The bathroom configuration is a little tight. Not well thought out for having places to put toiletry items. A sitting chair or small sofa in the living room would be nice for relaxing as the only chairs are hard dining chairs. This property is on the border of Recoletta and Palermo. There are better dining options when you get into Palermo a few blocks away.
