The room was light and spacious with a comfortable bed. The pool and dining room are bright and cheery. Nice breakfast too. The lobby and adjacent sitting room are comfortable and modern. The staff is very helpful and friendly!

Awesome hotel in the perfect location in Buenos Aires, attentive staff, great room with a balcony and all the possible facilities. Nice pool and a bar service. Plenty of restaurants and cafes around the hotel, very cosy neighborhood. Very much recommended!

The staff was amazing and went out of their way to make sure I had a great time in Buenos Aires! Particular credit to Jose, who secured multiple nice reservations for my coworkers and I during our time there. But everyone there was super friendly and always had a recommendation ready for a place to eat or visit. Also the breakfast spread had great variety and was tasty!
My bathroom drain was somewhat clogged and my bathroom flooded when I took a bath. That said, the front desk was quick to send a maid to mop up the water and by the next day they had sent a mechanic in to unclog the drain.

Staff was super attentive, always open to help beyond our expectations. They offered to book restaurants for us and also help a lot by storing my cousin luggage, even them no been hosts in the hotel.

Hotel staff was great! A young staff, with great insight on cool places to visit and eager to chat, know what kind of stuff we were looking for and accommodate accordingly. It really made our whole stay in Buenos Aires that much better.

Everything …the facilities, rooms, value for money and the most important jewel in the Ilum crown is the staff. They were so helpful , patient, informative , friendly …I could go on. From the Front of House (sorry we left in a rush and did not get all your names)Adriana and all the staff in the restaurant . Thank you for a memorable stay - we even got a cake for our birthday …amazing
