Customer service. They were able to get me a reservation at Don Julio’s. The website said that they were full. Way to go Four Seasons concierge!
They use scwepps tonic in the bar. How about Fever Tree?

Beautiful property, wonderful staff. Karen and lobby staff very helpful, professional, efficient and nice.
Breakfast was outrageously expensive @ $45 USD per person. Eggs, both omelets and scrambled eggs, not good. Seemed to have be sitting out. Breakfast service very slow on third morning.

Service at the hotel was excellent. The property was also very nice. We enjoyed the mansion tour. The rooms were nice: excellent bedding, furniture, size, etc,
The rooms weren't up to standard for a 5-star hotel. For example, we filled the tub in one of our rooms and the water was brown. We thought the color may have been from the bath salts, but then we filled another tub on the same floor, added the same salt, and the water was clear. I've stayed in many types of hotels, and have never encountered brown water even at lower-tier properties.
Our dining experience at Elena was disappointing, and I would not recommend it. Everyone at the table ordered steak medium/medium-rare. My steak was well-done, while my wife's steak was extremely rare (raw/uncooked near the bone). This is unacceptable for a top-tier restaurant. Our server provided a children's menu to our 11-year old daughter, then served her alcohol (hard cider) as a welcome drink without explaining what it was. We had to specifically ask for non-alcoholic beverages for the minors at the table. We were offered a wine menu, but not offered a beverage list or even water. We requested both, but didn't receive them until we were halfway through our meal. Dessert was the only highlight.

The hotel interior and exterior, warm pool, friendly staff, the room and the view, comfy bed and the location. The staff member went extra mile to make sure we had a pleasant stay. Every time we walked in, we felt the genuine warmth when they greeted. They also made sure we stay hydrated :)
There are a lot of high-end restaurants around the hotel and we enjoyed dinner/breakfast there. But if someone is looking for a "budget" restaurants/place - this may not be the area.

The furniture is soo old! Rug is extremely dated! Furniture broken and chipped.
I really can’t believe they this property is allowed to call themselves a Four Seasons.
Totally disappointed and for the money we paid for that room.

one note,if they take it into account-we lived in a suite ,in the bathroom and toilet,ther was not single towel rac.
and also,reception can t block funds on viza debit card and we had to go tothe reception twice a day to pay separately

Lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. They advised us to go to a restaurant for dinner which was fantastic, and we went there twice as a result. Greta rooms and a lovely pool with nice relaxing surrounds.
Location is a kind of a compromise that's too close to the main route through the East of BA. We thought the Alvear Palace was better placed, and had the history too. We booked the hotel partly on its name and partly on the photos of the lovely old building featured online and which we never entered.
