Graciela and her husband were so kind, they let us into the flat already in the morning after our flight ✈️ to Buenos Aires. And they gave us a ticket for the bus ? and underground. We can highly recommend this flat to all. It is located near to the Obelisk of Buenos Aires.

Cleanliness was remarkable. Hostess Graciela was extremely helpful, and I appreciate her attention to my stay.
I can't think of anything that I didn't like that was due to the apartment itself or Graciela's hosting.
