Conveniently located; I felt safe walking around during the night. Friendly and professional staff, helpful and knowledgeable about tourism activities. The breakfast had many options, including healthy food too. Clean rooms and comfortable beds.
There was nothing I would have changed- it was a pleasant stay.

With walking distance of Downtown. Local stores and restraints nearby. Very clean and quiet. Staff was very interactive and available. Always to help coordinate events and transit to and from the property.

I had a very good stay at the hotel. The restaurant was excellent — the food delicious, beautifully presented, and full of flavor.
What truly made the experience exceptional, though, was the hotel crew. The staff is fabulous — professional, friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived.

The front desk was always so nice and made great recommendations. Loved the Craig Bistro. The Osso Bucco was Devine.

The staff was absolutely amazing, we travel a lot and I’ve never appreciated a group who worked as well together. Nahuel was amazing helping us with medical issues, electrical adapters and cabs! Nicholas and Sergio were great with food and wine recommendations that were perfect. The room was great!
The shower was a bit tight as was the bathroom but the shower head made up for it!

Designed and feels chic. Breakfast was good and again, a nice design oriented area that looks out into a courtyard. Location was phenomenal in the beautiful Recoleta area. Rooms were large with plenty of thoughtful storage space for all of your things

Staff, location, cleanliness, room size, good bed, towels and bed linen. Good breakfast and restaurant. Above all the staff were superb.
Poor Wi-Fi. No tv stations. They made a mistake with our reservation through booking.com and we had to double up for last night. Very inconvenient to have to repack, move into another room and share for last night. Since it was high season no possibility to change hotels and get rooms for the entire stay in Buenos Aires.
