The people (staff) are amazing! The genuine feelings of warm welcome, comfort, safety and security are wonderful. Additionally, the constant care, attention, and delicious breakfast, sweet and savory snacks, and afternoon tea & coffee are amazing. We also loved that we can store our extra luggage while we travel throughout Argentina and Uruguay.

The hotel was small and so the personal attention was impressive. They personally let you in and out of the hotel, and they have food, coffee and drinks available complementary 24 hours a day. I felt like Ezekiel, one of the managers, went above and beyond to make my stay memorable.
I really enjoyed walking around San Telmo for lunch and shopping and sightseeing. That required an uber, however, ubers were inexpensive and easy to get so it was not a real problem.

Loved my stay at Shoshana. The staff were all wonderful, and made you feel at home. The room was large with a seperate couch/table/kitchen area from the beds. Snacks/good coffee are available day and night. A great rooftop deck. But the staff are what really made Shoshana wonderful!

The place is amazing. Staff is totally committed and present and goes out of their way to help anytime. Rooms are spotless , spacious, beds are super comfortable and room come with kitchen. Location is ideal. Neighborhood is quiet and there are many excellent dining choices in easy walking distance. We liked it a lot more than the busier, noisier areas. This small, reasonably priced hotel excelled in every way that is important to us- comfort, staff, location and even food as breakfast choices hot and cold are good and with lots of items available all the time.

The location was great and the rooms also nice. However, the personal service that we received from the staff far exceeded expectations. Eze, in particular I would like to mention. He greeted us by name upon arrival and made us immediately feel welcome. I say this without exaggeration that I don’t think I have ever met a friendlier and more helpful hotel manager. He was absolutely fantastic. If I ever travel to BA again, I will most certainly stay at the Shoshana primarily because of the welcome and kindness we received from Eze.

The location is residential and offers a variety of nearby restaurants. The reception staff is available 24 hours a day and is very helpful. Snack foods and drinks are included in the price and are accessible in the reception area around the clock. Additionally, the spacious facilities make it an ideal place for families.

They made sure I had plenty of vegan breakfast options (and even bought me Xmas dinner vegan food for my apartment). They are always available for anything. I arrived near midnight via taxi & my card didn’t work, so the concierge lent me the cash to pay taxi. They go above and beyond.
