Brakfast was nice, my room had balcony face the street was nice, spa i not use.
Well when arriving they give me room without balconies and i complained as my booking was with balcony, then they transferred me to the room as booked and the room wasnt ready. The staff tried to play arround with my room according as was my booking. That wasnt nice at all.

I stayed 2 nights, The room was nice and big enough , bathroom is nice, location perfect,
The staff were very rude, especially one waiter at the bar in the evening who had long black hair. Unfortunately, you don’t see even a small smile from any of the staff, which was very disappointing. For such a nice hotel in such a beautiful country, the service was far below expectations. The breakfast was good, but you often had to wait a long time for bread, cups, or glasses to be refilled, as there was only one staff member handling everything.

The breakfast was not exceptional, but acceptable. It was quite repetitive during the days. The room was clean, but we expected to have privacy. There were two queen beds in the room. I myself expected to be a two room suit which could provide privacy. Spa was good, of course the pool was really small. Of course, for my son and I was acceptable.
It should be a larger room with a situation with two rooms. Breakfast could be much better. And, 20 percent tax was really high.

everything in the hotel was amazing. i come early and they offer me to have breakfast till they arrange my room. i want to thank the ppl who work there specially ( Anahit & Hakob) they help me to make reservation with most of restaurant an recommend a-lot of nice places for me.

view for the seating outside was nice and it had a park nearby
breakfast was O.K. but one day the milk was, not check it. I did not check the same, so my kids drank it and got tummy issues. Staff apologized for the incident, but that does not take away the ignorance of the kitchen. staff was not attentive; rooms were not as clean as they should have been. pool was smaller than the pictures that are being shown for the facility. overall experience was not as expected.

I absolutely loved my stay at Messier 53 Hotel in Yerevan! The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of the capital, close to everything, yet quiet and peaceful. The hotel offers private parking which is a huge plus, especially in a busy city like Yerevan. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and the panoramic views from the windows were simply breathtaking. One detail that really stood out — and will definitely be appreciated by many Arab travelers — is the availability of a bidet (shattaf) in the bathroom, which is often hard to find but extremely important for many guests. Breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety every morning. The overall cleanliness of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff made the experience even better. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

The spa a rooms where nice
The checkout process was unprofessional. we checked out in the evening and got delayed in the morning by inexperienced staff and almost missed our flights. Also, the breakfast was wanting, missing cutlery food and staff. We had to wait very long to get simple utensils .
