The hotel is in an excellent location, right in the city center, with everything within walking distance. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. I arrived earlier than the standard check-in time, and they kindly allowed me to check in early, which I really appreciated. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety of options. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

The location of the hotel was good. it had full access from Republic Square to everywhere. The hotel was clean and tidy.
The facilities inside the room were not complete. He didn't have extra paper towels, for example. I didn't ask for extra paper towels. The room was cold. I asked them to warm up my room. But, say, the room air is good. I had a cold and had a fever and room temperature was for the unsuitable. I slept in layers of clothes at night. The electric hairdryer in the bathroom was broken. They didn't leave toothbrushes and toothpaste for the passenger. I had to pay to use an electric kettle and drink tea and water in the fridge! I coughed and needed boiling water and water. I had to get it from the outside.

Which I don’t like it is there is no complementary water not like other hotel I stayed before they have two 500 ml bottle water everyday for complementary for the guests and only toilet have tissues

The location is excellent, as it is just a few minutes' walk from Republic Square. It is also conveniently located near supermarkets and several restaurants.
During my recent stay, I noticed that although the towels are replaced daily, they had a very strong scent of whitening detergent. Could look into improving the laundry detergent used to ensure a more neutral scent for future guests.

Very testy fresh food for breakfasts. Clean rooms thanks to Maria. The receptionists were awesome and extremely helpful. The location was perfect close to metro and just in the heart of Yerevan.
I would like if you have restaurant for dinner. I would like to have a night lamps next to each sides of beds also phone for connecting to the administration in case of emergency if tusists phone doesn't work locally.

The hotel has an amazing location - right in the heart of Yerevan, just off Republic Square, behind the arch opposite the Government building. You can walk to all major sights, cafes, and shops within minutes.
My room was a little bit old, but spacious and clean, with a balcony and everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Fresh bed linen, a bathrobe, all the necessary toiletries, etc. The bed itself was very good, exactly as I like :) The bathroom was also clean, with good water pressure and hot water. And a big plus - the hairdryer was powerful, not one of those weak ones you often find in hotels. That deserves an extra point!
The breakfast was fairly standard, but everything was tasty and fresh. I especially appreciated the freshly baked pastries - a lovely start to the day.
I didn't use wi-fi in the hotel, can't say anything about it.
The staff were kind and helpful, ladies at the reception helped me arrange a taxi very late at night, which I really appreciated. Overall, a great stay, I would gladly come back nest time I visit Yerevan.
The only minor issue was a slightly musty smell from the bathroom pipes when I first arrived. However, it disappeared completely as soon as I started using the water, so it wasn’t a real problem - just something to note.

Huge room and bathroom, clean, excellent location, good view outside of the balcony and very good breakfast. They also assisted in printing our boarding passes.
Check-in did not go smoothly as there was an issue with booking.com's pricing. Our reservation included a child but was not free per hotel policy. We needed to pay the difference and still waiting for reimbursement from booking.com after the need to provide invoice and credit card statement (only comes every 30 days/closing date). Just an extra inconvenience to our vacation. Since Erebuni hotel and booking.com are partners, in the future, we hope you can resolve this matter without the need to involve/inconvenience the customer who clearly has proof we booked the right number of people in both your systems.

The room was clean and comfortable. The location is central. It was easy to get around and explore the area. Breakfast was delicious. The staff were very friendly and helpful, check-in and check-out was smooth and very fast. Overall, I would recommend this place for any type of travel – business/family/vacation.

It was an ok experience. I didnot fully understand how can it be a 4 star hotel! There were no helpers for luggage, the customer had to carry all their luggage to the hotel room while check in and while check out!
