Location was good. Room size reasonable.
The internet was poor. The shower was good but not enclosed enough hence the room flooded after use. The breakfast wasn't too our taste.

I appreciated the hotel's supportive and helpful staff who spoke Persian, which was very beneficial for my family. The free shuttle service from the airport was incredibly convenient. Moreover, the hotel's location was great, being close to downtown and just a 10-minute drive from the US Embassy, where my family intended to visit.
The internet was slightly slow.

I made a reservation at this hotel for my family, and they were extremely happy with the decision. The hotel is conveniently located near Republic Square, just a short 10-minute walk away. There are plenty of shopping centers and restaurants in the vicinity. The hotel's manager and staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming.

Very good breakfast. Good position close to almost everything. The manager was a very nice guy and the staff was also super kind and helpfull. Good refrigerator in the room. Good blinder curtains.
The window had a problem in opening and closing. The water pressure was not good. Between the beds there was a gap, not nice for a couple. Also in a 3 star hotel the sheets should be changed every day. They change the sheets once in five days

I was at Comfort Hotel for 4 nights. This hotel is located next to the Russian shopping center. It is only a 5-minute walk to Republic Square in the heart of Yerevan. The rooms are not soundproof and can be unpleasant in some cases, especially early in the morning

The Comfort Hotel Yerevan was an exceptional experience. The staff were very attentive and professional. One of the key highlights of my stay was the ability to change rooms. On the first night, I wasn't satisfied with the initial room assigned to me and requested a room change. Without any delay or hassle, the hotel team promptly arranged for a room change and responded to my request with kindness and understanding. Additionally, the complimentary shuttle services to and from the hotel were very convenient, providing me with the assurance that I could visit local attractions without any additional concerns

Its small neat and clean. close to major locations in yerevan right in the city.
The rooms are noisy because of the road which is very close to the main road of the hotel. Not much options in breakfast also.
