Little bit language problem and few more amenities should be there in the room like glassware etc.if you have your own vehicle then the place is perfectly fine otherwise little far from the market.

In essence, there is nothing we categorically dislike. However, we believe that it would be beneficial to consider making the pricing policy more accessible. By doing so, more people would be encouraged to take advantage of the services and benefits you provide.

The room design was too narrowed. You can hear all the sounds (tv, voices) from neighbor rooms.

At first, everything seemed promising. We booked a Deluxe Room, expecting a comfortable and hassle-free stay. When we requested a baby bed, they also brought baby soap and shampoo, which was a nice touch. However, things quickly went downhill. Our room was freezing. We called reception, and they sent a technician who claimed to have fixed it. Two hours later, the room was still cold. We called again, and they sent another technician who said the same thing. After a visit to the pool (which was clean), we returned to find the room even colder. For the fourth time, a technician came, finally removing the filter, and after eight hours, the heating finally started working properly. Just when we thought things couldn’t get worse, we tried to give our baby a shower. The water pressure was out of control, and the drain was completely clogged. We called reception for the fifth time. A technician came, cleaned the drainage system, and was so shocked by the amount of dirt and debris that he even took a picture to report it to management. After that, the water drained slightly better, but it was still far from perfect. It was absolutely disgusting standing in a pool of water while trying to take a shower. For the sixth time, we called reception. Another technician came, confirmed the issue, and simply told us there was nothing he could do. At this point, we had wasted 8-9 hours waiting in the room for maintenance rather than enjoying our stay. It felt like we had come to fix their rooms instead of having a relaxing vacation. We booked a Deluxe Room, but with all these problems, it felt far from deluxe. We requested to change rooms—not as an upgrade, just a standard room without these issues. They refused, saying they would consider it if further problems occurred. I asked to speak to a manager, and the receptionist told me to come the next morning at 10:00 AM. I explained that I didn’t want to search for the manager and asked for them to call me instead.
