Just what we needed when arriving in Sevan: a convenient location for us when approaching on foot from the south, and also convenient for leaving town by road.
The room was comfy, the shower was good, and they provided a very good laundry service for all our hiking gear (only 1000 AMD). Breakfast was incredible
Walking into Sevan itself is along a dirt footpath, no convenient paved road to walk along

Very nice hosting, nice family, the room size is good and the room and the bathroom are clean, the sheets were very comfortable, very nice garden and house.

The atmosphere - I literally felt like being at someone’s from my family home. All of the family members are very wholesome and helpful, it was so fantastic to spend out last night in Armenia with them, it was the perfect end of our Armenian trip.
All was great, I regret we spent there too little time.

A very quiet house hotel with a very beautiful garden and balcony. From the balcony you can see Lake Sevan.
The owners are very friendly and helpful. I strongly recommend to take your meals here. We had local fish and it was superb.
They served us homemade vodka which was gorgeous.
It's far from Sevan. If you don't have a vehicle, walking takes almost an hour. To arrive to the lake you need to walk about 15 minutes.
We stayed for two nights. The second dinner and the second breakfast were poorer than the first ones we had. That was a little bit disappointing.

The hosts were lovely. Breakfast was amazing, delicious and there way too much food.
Some rooms have locks, others don’t. But it did feel quite safe to leave belongings there.

Lovely hosts, they don't speak English but they are very welcoming. They treated me with fruits and snacks :) I love their hospitality. The breakfast was huge and delicious. The place is quite old but clean and cosy.

Amazing family always ready to help you. It was a bit cold, one minute after they arrived with an aditional heating. The house is in a perfectly quiet place.

It's a bit far from the center and it's true that no lock on doors but is 100% safe and you live a unique experience with an Armenian family. I was lucky enough to be invited for a breakfast with friends and family guests and it was wonderful and everyone tries to help you even if you knowing Russian is less than basic. The children speak some English which short the gap and it is possible that some other Russian and English speaking guests can help you with communication and needs. I absolutely recommend this experience.

I stayed at the Guesthouse for one night. The room was very clean, spacious and you had everything you needed. The family was really welcoming and they made you feel like at home. I would defenetly recommend staying at their Guesthouse.

Great location, right next to the main road Yerevan-Dilijan, close to Sevan's brewery. The room was small but clean, quite nice garden.
The staff doesn't really talk and if no other guests it feels bit empty and too quite there.
