Our room was placed in the corner, so we got a big terrace, which we liked very much.
The POS terminal hadn't been working for 2 days. We forced to leave the hotel and got some ATM in 3km to withdraw money and pay to them four our stay. I wanted to also note, that the there was a cold temperature in the pool inside. The rest is all good

Overall everything was good and comfortable, decent food, beautiful location.
It was very noisy, rooms are not very soundproof. The indoor pool is very small.

Everything was excellent. Very friendly staff, very nice and lovely nature around the hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The food is gorgeous, it's great idea to have the cooks preparing breakfast in the morning just in the hall for guests. Different entertaining possibilities. Thank you very much. Hope, we will return here again)))

The food is good and tasty and the everything is clean and nice.
The bar prices are expensive and the beds are tiny.

Location, size of the room
Aircon didn’t work properly, so we could not sleep at night . No lift Pool water was cold . At restaurants service was very slow , to clean tables and prepare for next client. If it’s advertised as a “resort “ , hotel should provide proper facilities for clients to enjoy in full potential.

Nice hotel! Surrounded by hills, covered with forests. Small river just under the windows - we had nice evening on the terasse with a bottle of wine! Staff helpful. Very good breakfast!!

The room was clear.
Our room was located on the 4th floor.We had a baby stroller with us and there wasn't an elevator in the hotel. It was hell for us to carry it with us. The receptionist didn't provide us a room on the first floor.

Large and nice room, good and comfy mattress. there was a river right under my window Breakfast was fantastic.
