Pleasant
The view from my room was fantastic, the location is nice in a quiet and calm area 20-25 minutes away from Myler ski resort. The food is good.
The walls are thin and I could hear everything my neighbors were saying, had to buy ear plugs for the second night of my stay. The pool with sauna and hamam is in a separate building and wasn’t included in my booking price. Hamam and sauna are shared and quite crowded, probably seasonal, so I ended up not using them. There’s no room service and kitchen closes early by 8.

The location and the cleanness was wonderful. Staff were very friendly. The bathrooms were renovated and clean.
There's no swimming pool in the hotel building and the spa and swimming pools are located across the street and at the check-in we were told as we done our reservation by Booking.com there's an extra entrance fee around 35$ for one person to use the swimming pool or sauna or other facilities. The refrigerator was not working. There is no heating system in the rooms if the rooms are cold. We were charged for a 9 years old child to use the sofa in the Deluxe king Room ( no pillow for sleeping ) but in the policy there was written it will be charged for above 13 years.

Good room, grand hotel. The only hotel in town we could find.
The check-in took a while, as the receptionist seemed confused about our booking, and didn’t speak English or Russian. There was a menu for a restaurant provided in the room, but at 19:30 we were already too late to eat.

Clean, neat, and nice location near footage of Aragats mountain. Also good value for money.
Personnel do not speak english nor russian. This makes this place quite unique in Armenia. ) Most surprising for rather large hotel.

We liked the Sport Complex and all the utilities. The staff super kind although we used Google Translate , Everything was set up perfectly for -a family in- a business trip. Great memories, the site is amazing, the foods, the nature surrounded. We went for a walk and we met the kind people living there. With our best memories.

This is more a swimming pool and sports complex rather than a hotel. The hotel itself is OK- small but clean rooms, average breakfast. The main thing to come for is a wonderful swimming pool with saunas and hamam. But please note that the use of a sports complex is not included in the price

The location was good, close to Aparan water reservior, the Aparan's famous Gntuniq and newly opened ropeway in Yeghipatrush. Also the sport complex right in front of the Hotel was fresh and good: gym, swimming pool, hamam&sauna...
