Stayed here during our Albania trip and honestly the location is hard to beat. Right in Blloku, surrounded by cafes, restaurants and everything you’d want in Tirana. The room was modern, clean and comfortable, especially for the price. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay.
A few small things could be improved, but overall it was a really solid experience and I’d definitely recommend it for anyone wanting to stay in the centre of Tirana.

Very good location, central but quiet at night. Might be difficult to find the entrance but we booked transfers through the hotel which worked well. We like sitting on the roof terrace for breakfast and enjoyed the food. Very good value for such a central location.

The staff was very kind, it had a nice balcony with a nice view, the bathroom was clean and modern.
The breakfast was AMAZING!!!! Thank you for the staff!
The rooms were a little bit small, but comparing for this price, it was wonderful.

The property was older style but basic needs were meet. more of a 3 star property, but clean with a 5 star breakfast of Avocado toast, egg, tomato and cukes, Basket full of Croissants so flakey and fresh bread jam and butter. Fresh Orange juice and a amazing cup of coffee . Finally a great location to the city center and felt very very safe walking around.
Rooms could be a little more updated

I was leaving very early, before breakfast was being offered. As I was leaving I saw that a bag was hanging on my door. It had some breakfast items in there for my travels! Incredibly nice!
I did have an issue with the internet. There were a few networks offered, I wasn't sure which one to choose. I did try each one, but they only worked temporarily before they stopped working.

Perfectly centered near all sights—walking distance to everything. Huge, comfy bed with non-synthetic linens. Small but delicious breakfast. Handy in-room kettle and cups.
Rooms need furniture refresh; no coat rack at entrance for outerwear.

I am submitting this complaint regarding an unpleasant and unprofessional experience encountered with Artistic Tirana Blloku during my recent booking through Booking.com. The issue arose due to miscommunication and negligence on the part of the property’s management, leading to the cancellation of my booking immediately after check-in and the need to rebook another property.
Impact
The incident caused significant inconvenience as I had to urgently find alternate accommodation in an unfamiliar city.
It created stress and discomfort for my family, especially as I was traveling with a child.
The experience reflects a lack of guest care and professionalism, harming the reputation of the booking platform.

Lack of Proper Communication on Parking
Prior to arrival, I informed the property about my vehicle (Hi10 car) and specifically asked about parking options.
Despite my message, the property did not provide a clear or timely response regarding parking availability.
On arrival, I discovered there was no parking provision, which created a serious issue as I was traveling with a child.
This miscommunication constitutes negligence since the host acknowledged receiving other messages but deliberately skipped the one concerning parking.
Failure to Cooperate After Cancellation
Due to the parking issue and lack of assistance, I decided to cancel the booking immediately after check-in.
The property refused to offer a partial refund or show any cooperation, even though we did not enter or use the room at all.
This demonstrates unprofessional conduct and disregard for guest welfare.
Inappropriate and Defensive Response from Property
The property’s reply was dismissive, claiming the parking issue was not their responsibility and comparing unrelated parking costs in other European cities.
Their tone was unhelpful and condescending, implying that I should have been aware of local parking challenges instead of addressing the guest’s concern.
Furthermore, the property’s contact number was non-functional, aggravating the situation further.
Requested Resolution
Partial or Full Refund for the unused stay, given that the property failed to provide adequate pre-arrival information and response.
Review and corrective action by Booking.com against the property for unprofessional conduct and negligence.
Public review correction ensuring that this incident is transparently recorded to protect future travelers.

The location was pretty much the only good thing I have to say about this hotel.
Overall, the room was very dirty and unhygienic.
1. The bathroom was very nasty. There was black mold all over the ceiling. The floor drain (not the shower drain) flooded, water along with dirt and gunk from the drain, all over the floor when the shower was turned on. The faucet was so loose that it almost came off the sink, even when barely touching it.
2. Everything was dirty. There were stains on the walls, curtains, bedside lamp shades, bed blankets, and bathroom sink. To name a few.
3. The receptionist was rushed and did not take the time to answer some questions I had at departure and brushed me off instead. I tried to quickly look something up online while I still had Wi-Fi, but before I could object, he took my bag without asking and carried it downstairs to the building’s shared entrance. Since I didn’t want my bag out of sight, I left without having my questions answered.
To be fair, he did not come across as intentionally rude but clearly overwhelmed. He was busy changing sheets in other rooms at the same time (though probably not cleaning, based on the state of mine). It seemed the hotel was understaffed, with one person expected to juggle several roles, which makes it difficult to deliver good service and to maintain the rooms clean and in good condition.

Breakfast was good, location is great. The owner (woman) was super friendly and there was another front desk man that was super friendly and helpful.
My room was directly next to the front desk and I could hear everything. A lot of tables and chairs screeching. I could not sleep. There was a young front desk woman that was not friendly/helpful. She was the only making all the noise too. The other night the front desk man was not noisy. The accommodation is basic but I did not spend a lot of time in the room so bc the location is great, I'd recommend it. But ask for a room that is not near the front desk so you can get sleep.
