Location was excellent close to the city centre. Breakfast was good. The only bad thing was that at breakfast you get only one cup of coffee. There was a separate charge for the second cup.
The rooms did not have proper blankets and rooms were quite dirty. The services described on Booking.com were not available at the hotel. The airport transfer was a scam. We left for the airport at night and the hotel employee tried to cheat us by trying to charge us double the price for a taxi to the airport.

The hotel was very convenient and the woman at reception very helpful.
It is right next to a construction site and very noisy. The room is quite small.

It had a very strong moist smell. The shower leaked all over the floor and the heating in the bathroom had a leak

Charging 1.50 for a small bottle of water from a mini bar in the room. It would have been nice to have a complimentary bottle as most hotels provide.

Very good breakfast with plenty of options, welcoming friendly staff, 24h reception so my late check-in in the middle of the night went smoothly; close to city center and central bus stop, room was perfectly clean
Some construction noise from outside, but staff was open about it and apologized in advance, so no big deal.

The hotel is very well situated for the centre of town. The staff speak English which made everything very easy, they were all friendly and very helpful. The rooms were very good, exceptionally clean with all facilities. Breakfasts were excellent buffets, replenished regularly with nice food.
