We liked the view and the closeness to the beach.
We had bad luck of a frog being in front of our door singing the whole night. But that was just our bad luck, it has nothing to do with the accomodation.

Great location, just a few steps from the sea, with beds and umbrellas. The place was really nice, with an extraordinary view. I would give an extra point for a well organized and very practical place. There was everything you needed.
The very lovely owners sell BIO olive oil as well, which they produce themselves each year from their own olives (only 4 per 0.5l). Great idea for a Souvenir.

Lovely owners, brought us fried goodies for breakfast a couple of times. Breathtaking views from the balcony! Would def stay again!

Great hosts! They welcomed us and one day we got traditional breakfast "petulla" made for us and they brought it to our room. I found this such a sweet gesture. The room has a great view from the balcony, one can enjoy the sunrise and sunset from the balcony. There is a supermarket and cafe nearby. Parking also is available and the beach is just a few minutes walk.

Pano Rooms is the best place we stayed in Qeparo, with an wonderful Seaview from the balcony. The room was very clean with all amenities. In the kitchen you have everything you need to cook and the kitchen utensils was like new. The owners are really friendly and helpful. They have 3 parking places wich in the area it's difficult to find one. We recommend Top place.

We felt like this property was the best value for money we had during our 2 week stay in Albania. The view is just amazing and the town of Qeparo is very laid-back and relaxing. You could reach the beach by walking down a couple flights of stairs. There are plenty of restaurants and bars near the beach, but you can also cook in the little kitchen in the room. The hosts were very sweet and we received some fruit juice as a welcome drink. The private parking was very easy at the street side.
Wish we could have stayed longer than 1 night. Some shampoo in the bathroom would have been nice.

Pano Rooms made us feel right at home from the minute we arrived. Pano and Valentina greeted us with big smiles and showed us our room. The room had a beautiful view of the sea and was very clean. The location is great - the steps down to the beach/boardwalk are only a few steps away. We loved Qeparo.
The shower was handheld, which made it a bit challenging to shower with. I wish there was some sort of hook on the wall to attach the shower head to.

It was a little difficult to get around to other towns without a car but not a big issue for me
