The suit was big, the location was good.
Most of the staff were friendly.
If they hadn't described themselves as an exclusive high rated spa hotel I wouldn't mind most of the things.
They described the suit we booked as having a private bathtub and jacuzzi which I didn't have.
But it didn't even have a proper functioning shower head. It was clogged and pulled to the side.
They served cold coffee at breakfast and when I asked for a coffee cup one of the staff pointed me to the paper cups on the table. Luckily the bartender noticed and took the effort to clean up a proper cup to give me.
The staff guy with the paper cup kept messaging with his phone in the breakfast area which looks quite bad.the breakfast itself was not high quality of any kind.
In general it seemed like this hotel once was very good but now it is very run down and they try to keep up with what little is left of their reputation.

Very nice place, kind staff, and great location.
The Wifi was terrible in my room, but it seemed to work well in other parts of the hotel.

Staff are very good and location is perfect. The hotel is very clean. Breakfast was ok, but they will make you a great coffee if you ask. Parking is restricted so make sure you check with them first.
Its not really a 4* hotel and the decor is a little tired, but clean.
