People working there were amazing. The most beautiful pool. Wonderful location with beach. Super clean and comfortable room and bed and sheets. Great breakfast. View. Golf cart driver very sweet. Balcony.

Very friendly staff, with good access to a private beach and convenient shuttles there, nice pool set up, puts on good night entertainment at their beach
Room was old / dated and small. Shower was very small to get into. Would have expected more modern and higher room quality for the price paid.

In our room the blackout curtain didn’t fit the window properly, so the room became bright very early in the morning, more over the water pressure in the shower was very weak

Honnêtement, je n’ai jamais reçu un accueil aussi exceptionnel dans un hôtel. Dès notre arrivée, toute l’équipe a été d’une gentillesse, d’un professionnalisme et d’une disponibilité remarquables. On sent que chaque membre du personnel fait tout son possible pour que les clients passent un séjour inoubliable.
L’hôtel est d’une propreté irréprochable, les chambres sont impeccables et chaque détail est soigné avec beaucoup d’attention.
Un immense merci à tout le staff pour votre sourire, votre bienveillance et votre service exceptionnel. Vous avez largement contribué à rendre nos vacances encore plus belles.

The location was good, nice beach.
Its an old hotel that used to be 5 stars, not anymore… The rooms are old, so old that we were locked out of our room for several hours. Everytime they told us it will be ready in 5 minutes. We waited for hours, we missed a trip because of this happened after breakfast. They didn’t really offer anything in return… not going back

Absolute wonderful property and we loved the area. Walked to some amazing restaurants. The pool and breakfast were both amazing. Beds were so comfortable and the staff were so attentive and professional. We’ll definitely be back!

Great location only a few steps from the beach, with their own area with free loungers and free towels. The Beach bar was only being built when we were there end of May, but that was totally fine.
The staff are amazing and so friendly. Special shout out to Lirim at reception and all the staff at the pool bar - not going to try and write the names because honestly not sure of the spelling and don't want to get it wrong. But basically everyone was brilliant. The pool loungers are also really comfy.

I've been coming to this place since 2008, and every year they somehow manage to get even better.
The beach is absolutely amazing, easily the best in the whole area. The swimming pool is great too, and what I really appreciate is that sunbeds are included in the room price, which is a nice touch you don't always get. The staff are wonderful, breakfast has a solid variety, and for my fellow scent lovers out there the shampoos in the bathroom smell incredible.

Great hotel in an excellent location, with clean facilities and easy beach access. Lirim at reception was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The staff throughout the hotel, including the restaurant, pool, housekeeping, and beach buggy service, were all welcoming and attentive. We had a wonderful stay and would happily return.

It was so clean and the front desk gentlemen was amazing! We were on the 4th floor and had Ana amazing view of the sunset. Beach was an easy 5min walk but he took us down in a buggy.
