The views from the room are really spectacular. Close to the livadi beach. Clean rooms and nice hosts.
The road to the house is a wreck, and the path to the beach is hard to climb up and down.

The balcony had a beautiful view, we arrived in a thunderstorm soaking wet but we were gettar wondefully by the host family who ordered us food and helped us settled in. The location is great, a little bit out of the town but only 15 minutes walking, it adds to the serene environment by being secluded from the touristy area. Also very close to livadhi beach which was where we spent most of our days and was just beautiful

We liked this place a lot. Great location away from noisy streets, but walking distance to Himare and very short walk to the beach where you can eat very well. Very clean place. The hosting family was very helpful with any request we had.

Perfect apartments near Himare, amazing views over sea and mountains. Nice and welcoming family who helped us with everything we need. Close to the nice beach. Perfect stay in overall.
Nothing to complain, but be aware on the road to the apartment.

Very clean and great amenities. We arrived early and were welcomed to check-in regardless. Beach a short walk away.
Dirt road leading up to the apartments can be a bit tricky in a smaller car.

The accommodation is in a quiet location and offers a wonderful view of the sea and the mountains. The apartments are spacious, well-equipped and clean. The hosts are super friendly, welcoming and helpful. Thank you for a great stay.
The road is nowhere near as bad as is sometimes described here. Everything is easily accessible and at least there is no traffic and you can enjoy the absolute peace and quiet.

Amazing view, perfect host.
This is a difficult, quite long walk uphill full of stones and rocks to take you to the nearest shops. Bring hiking boots, and only drive if renting an SUV or 4x4
Also electrcity can go out. No washing machine in apartments. TV no foreign channels.

This place is absolutely amazing. We have spent two days there and i wished if i reserved for a longer period.
The owners are very nice and friendly, the apartment was clean and had everything we needed. It is also so calm, far from the noisy city but you can also access the city in few minutes with your car or by walking. We were so lucky to witness one of the best sunsets i have ever seen from our room.
I recommend this place for families, couples and even group of friends

- lovely welcome: fantastic hosts throughout our stay
- incredible views over the Mediterranean
- very clean, bright and airy room with air-con
- lots of stairs — we had a room on the 4th floor and it was a challenge carrying all our luggage upstairs!
- very long “rule list”
- very small bathroom, hard to maneuver; no light in the bathroom; the shower head wouldn’t stay on the shower (water squirted everywhere)
- only one trash can in the entire room (it could do with a second one)
- location and the road leading up to it: it’s not conducive to an easy visit to town (at least during the heat of the summer!)
- awesome to have a kettle and a fridge in the room, but they don’t provide any coffee or anything
- there’s only a handle on the inside of the door leading to the balcony, so you can’t close the door behind you and mosquitoes got in … weird design
- no blanket on the bed (only a thin sheet)
- only one small lamp as a night light

The lady running the place was extremely helpful and kind. She did everything to make our stay as pleasant as possible. She even drove us into town a couple of times and they helped my girlfriend when she felt unwell. The view from the balcony is also extraordinary. The AC worked well.
To get to the property you have to drive on an unpaved road. This might not be good for all cars. Several taxis refused to drive us up the road. I would probably only recommend going here if you have a good car and/or planning on staying at the beaches nearby to avoid the town. This problem was mitigated by the hostess who kindly drove us to town several times during our stay.

During out trip to Albania, we stayed at 5 different locations. This one was our last and best location in Albania. This part of Albania is very green unlike some other locations where we were. Nature in this part of Albania reminded us of Greece and Italy. The hotel is located on a hill with gorgeous views.
Parking is in the shade of olive trees. The owner named Zena was very friendly and hospitable.
There are 2 nice beaches where you can walk. Walking downhill and then uphill turns up to a bit of challenging exercise but it's worth it. Livadhia beach (to the right of the hotel) was one of the nicest ones we've seen in Albania. But the other one called Kico Beach (to the left of the hotel) was the best place we encountered in Albania. It's a private concrete beach located in one of the most beautiful bays I've been to! Do NOT forget to take your snorkeling mask! A pair of sunbeds is 10 euros, you can also order some drinks and food. Just note that they are open only until 5 pm.
If we ever come back to Albania again when (and if) the government finally cleans up all the trash, disorder, ruins, construction debris and mess everywhere, when shops and cafes start to accept debit cards for payment (not just cash), when they stop extorting money from tourists on every beach requiring to pay for sunbeds or leave the beach... then this will probably be the only place in Albania where we would be glad to return to and skip all the other places we've visited like Shengin, Vlore, Saranda and even Ksamil. But that's a different story.
1. Air conditioning is only in the bedroom so even with the open door between the bedroom and living room it was a bit too warm in the living room. The balcony could be a savior but during 2 nights it was so hot and humid that I couldn't sit there for longer then ten minutes. So I wish that both of the rooms were air-conditioned.
2. The dirt road to the hotel. But that problem is everywhere in Albania. Highways are generally nice but most of the towns on the sea shore are lacking asphalt. Therefore it is always dusty there, so don't even think about washing you car before going to Albania because it will become dusty the very first day arrive there. Car washes are on every corner and they seem to be the most popular small business there, lol.
