The brothers who own the hotel where very friendly and helpful during our stay! Spacious, comfortable room. Good parking. Small beach nearby, 10mim walk
Distance from Himare promenade. Not really walkable due to the road and lighting. Need to drive or taxi.

The location is great, near the beach and not far from the city, the pool was clean and relaxing, the rooms also perfect. The staff was really welcoming and friendly
Be aware that the beach closest to the hotel is partially owned by a restaurant and is charging for staying there, but taking a path left to the restaurant you can reach that exact beach that is not private. Also read carefully which room you book, because I believe I booked the first floor room, but got it on the 3rd floor, could also be my misreading, so just read carefully

This place exceeded all expectations. The staff is extremely helpful and available at all times via WhatsApp even before you arrive. The place is perfectly located within a short driving distance of many beaches making it an excellent option to stay at without having to stay in the middle of the multitude. There is a large elevator that was perfect to bring our luggage up to our room. The rooms are large and very pretty. Ours had a large closet, a desk, a mini fridge, double queen beds, a balcony with an incredible view to the pool and the beach and the bathroom was large and very comfortable. Everything seemed high end and very elegant too.
They have a breakfast bar with a wide selection of food. Their coffee is phenomenal as well. The pool area is very pretty and well kept. My daughter enjoyed having a pool on site and would use it after our beach day.
The parking is right across the street from the hotel and accessible 24/7.
10/10 recommended and would stay here again on my next trip to Himare.

Very welcoming staff, nicely updated family owned hotel. Parking located across the street. Staff super friendly. Rooms clean with daily service. Breakfast restaurant located on breezy terrace. Variety of food options available. Another bonus is that you they have a nice espresso machine and will make you whatever you ask for and even bring it to your table. Side note: ask for waffles off menu ;)
Convinent location close to beaches and the city center while avoiding all the chaos of staying right in town.
Highly recommend to all.

The hotel was great, clean and confortable room, nice pool, free parking, easy to find. Staff was very friendly and gave useful recommendations for the area. hotel is very close to Himare but quieter, a great location.

Everything about our stay here was amazing. George, Dimitri, and the rest of the staff were always available and went above and beyond to make our stay not only more pleasant but memorable as well. The location was perfect, parking was available, and the rooms were great for our large group of 14.

What did we like most? George and Demetri! The hosts could not have been more friendly and kind! George gave us recommendations for restaurants and beach which we appreciated. You can tell there’s a lot of pride in this hotel. People were working all the time cleaning the common areas like lobby and pool. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The shower was modern and very relaxing after a long travel day. Parking was easy with a large lot just across the street. The hotel was lit up at night and really gave it a nice presence as we were approaching. Both mornings we had breakfast in their beautiful dining area. George kindly offered us his grandmother’s jam. We were there for two nights and really enjoyed our stay! Great value in Himare. Thank you George, Demetri and family!

The staff was very kind and welcoming. There are good beaches nearby. The price value is fair.
The hotel is far from Himare. For any thing, you need to take your car. Well, it is already mentioned before the booking (we were aware) so actually it’s not a bad point in itself. You have to anticipate your needs in every move to the city center.

Our stay at the hotel was excellent! The location is great, with easy access by car to everything we needed. The highlight, without a doubt, was the service from the owners, the brothers Dimitri and Jorge, who are extremely polite, helpful, and always ready to assist. The property is clean, well-ventilated, and very comfortable, making for a pleasant experience. It was a great stay, and we recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The room was very big and clean. The staff was always friendly and helpful.
The bathtub had no shower curtain so the bathroom was flooded every time we showered. The bathroom has a large panoramic glass window through which you can be seen and observed from the street while showering. The Hollywood swing on the balcony is unfortunately already broken. The chairs on the balcony are very uncomfortable.
