A calm and peaceful place. Sunset view.
I could have given this hotel a very high rating. Although it is simple, the original price offered on Booking (€270) was fair for what it provided.
The problem was with the payment. Upon arrival, I was told that the card machine was not working and that I could pay at check-out. In the end, I was charged 27,000 lek, which amounted to approximately €30–€33 more than the reservation price.
I found the situation very unpleasant and unfair, as the final amount did not match the price agreed upon through Booking. A warning to future guests: confirm the amount and currency before paying, and make sure the final charge exactly matches the price shown in your reservation.

I like to view the pool. The reception was amazing. The guy reception was amazing. The breakfast was amazing. The rooms are perfect the balcony to view. Everything’s good.
You cannot dislike this property. The only thing is you need to go with a car.

WE absolutely loved our stay here. The food was incredible and the family that owns it are wonderful. The pool is nice and refreshing and has a great view.

It was a very simple hotel but the view was fantastic, the staff was very friendly and welcoming and the room was clean with ac and a balcony with even a little clothes line to hang your swimwear at the end of the day.
The breakfast wasn’t anything to write home about but it did the job to keep us going until lunchtime. It might also worth mentioning that the great panoramic views are due to the hotel being located on a hill, so you might want to consider that if you’re coming without a car. It’s very close to the city center by car but if you’re walking it’s a bit of a track.

The staff was great and very helpful. The panoramic view of the hills and the sea was what first attracted us, and it didn’t disappoint. We were happy with our choice to stay outside the main beach area, as it offered a more peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

Hotel Panorama is a great choice if you're visiting the Himare area. While it's not located in the center, it offers a convenient location for easy access to and from the area. The property has everything you might need for a comfortable stay: clean rooms, cozy beds, plenty of space, a nice breakfast, and friendly staff ready to assist you with anything you need. Highly recommended.
Everything was fine, but I would recommend adding a towel or a door in the shower to prevent flooding the bathroom every time you take a shower.
Other than that, everything was great.

It was in general clean in the room, but…
Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good.
1. The swimming pool didn’t work at all. The didn’t say it in Advance!!! They said « there were problems »
But if i got correctly, they don’t have a lot of visitors so they even didn’t turn it on. And only after peoplé’s bad faces they starter to put water there. Finally we didn’t succeed to use it.
2. In room it smells OLD. Not pleasant at all…
3. Nights table was dirty. Especially inside… something yellow , in both night tabels?
4. The « panorama » is not panorama. You have 50% of the roof and that is it.
5. They cancelled my booking when we left the hotel. After said « oh it was an another client that didn’t appear »
Why?
Because they saw my NOT HAPPY face because all of the problems, and they didn’t want to have a real HONEST review. Also, they still didn’t take out my « not appeared in the hotel », even if I did, and of course I payed CASH. Because NO CARDS.
6. I didn’t succeed to have usual hot water taking shower… it was a little bit warm and that is all.
7. Water everywhere in shower. Because there is no glass or curtain for shower.
7. No hairdryer. Basis thing in a hotel.
8. The little fridge was really noisy, so we just turned it off.

Wonderful
Beautiful view, family owned hotel with very friendly and helpfull staff, plenty of parking space, breakfast included, nice pool, possibility to eat at the hotel. Ideally you need a car to get to the hotel or to the beach, the plusside is that on the mountain it is very quiet (contrary to the busy city center).
Coffee is provided at breakfast but is never warm.
