Large, clean room. A/C when you need it. Spacious walk-in shower. Staff. Excellent value.
There is no elevator, stairs may be an issue for some. Take also into account that it is 1.5 km to the center, where the better food and grocery alternatives are, especially in the off season.

Disappointing
Near the beach with clear water. Clean bedsheets. But see as well what we didn't like!
The beds are too small for standard european people like me (180 cm),
THe room has absolutely no equipment - no glass for water, no plates, no boiling water, no hair dryer, ... nothing.
There was old rusty noisy fridge that run all night with noise.
There was no kitchen in the room, nor in the guesthouse as building, even if it appeared among the photos of the facility. It was not mentioned nor had photos for the room as such, but it was in the overall facility photos so we expected at least some comon place with kitchenware.
THe wooden frames of beds were infected by some bugs/insects they make the noise od eating the wood all day and night long. Very disconfortable and questionable if it will not bite children or you bring it to your own house in luggage.
THe matraces were old and heavily used. We felt like sleeping in the bathtub.

The apartment is (was) modern, beautiful and clean. And since it rained during our stay it meant a lot that there was netflix and youtube on the tv that we could watch:D

Quiet place. It was easy to find the apartment, but there are no signs for it.
Upon arrival, the room was not ready and we had to wait more than an hour before we could check in (check-in was supposed to be from 4:00 p.m. and we didn't get the room until 5:20 p.m.). In the morning we had to find someone to pay... Good for a one-night stay, but not for a longer stay. The room only has a fridge and is small.
