We had an amazing stay in Filoxenia . Anna is very friendly and kind.
Felt like connecting nature , in a relax atmosphere.
Just don’t follow google maps suggestions, it will lead you to a narrow road. Try to go to the main road and then you will find it easier to go to the place .
The place , the hospitality, the facilities are above and beyond!

It is such a beautiful and peaceful place to relax and wind down. The calmness of Filoxenia is perfect for a quiet stay. The hosts Anna and Thimios are very welcoming and kind. They cook amazing dinner on the fire.

Loved this guest house! Wish I could have stayed a few nights, but we only had one. The grounds, the room and the shared kitchen are awesome. The host is really friendly and welcoming.

Filoxenia truly lives up to its name! A warm and welcoming place with a great atmosphere. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. The host were incredibly kind and made us feel right at home. A memorable part of our Albania trip!

The beautiful surrounds, the welcoming from Thimios and Anna, the relaxed atmosphere.
Is suited for warmer weather as there’s a lack of an enclosed ‘lounge’ area for cooler nights as we were there in April

Wonderful hosts and a magical place. Sadly it was rainy and cold so we couldn’t make the most of the beautiful garden. Delicious meal cooked by Themius and all very good value.

Great owners go out of their way to make sure your stay is fine.
There is a mutual dining area and you can use kitchen facitilies to prepare own food (which is a nice touch).

We loved our stay and were blown away with the generosity of the owner. The stone and wood cabins set in such a beautiful garden in a quiet location were a dream. The location is 20 mins walk from some amazing beaches and the town- the distance resulted in a relaxed stay away from the busy centre. Must try their yummy jams! Thanks so much for everything Thimjo and for having us at Filoxenia. Highly recommend :)

We love the tranquil beauty of Filoxenia! Gorgeous rooms, wonderful host family, and a beautiful property. It is our second time here and we can hardly wait to come back.

The property is unique and very special. Beautiful orchard of olive trees that they produce excellent oil from. Didn't have a chance to try their wine but they make a good raki. Good breakfast too ?.
Had trouble finding it. A couple of well placed signs would be very helpful.

This was an exceptional accommodation- a peaceful green oasis in which to relax and chat and read and sleep in absolute silence. Not a small contribution to our super relaxing stay was made by the caring, strong and very professional massage by Ana. Book it now, both room and massage, you wont regret it. The area has plenty to offer, 3 nights were not enough to visit it all.
I can't think of anything that could be improved. Our hosts apparently have listened to suggestions of their guests over the years and are managing to cater for a range of diverse guests.

Lovely surrounding, lots of plants, sea view and you can see the sunset. Room is basic, but had everything you need.
Bring mosquito spray! We did not sit outside because of this.. Also there is no sitting area in the room. You don’t really need one, go explore all the nice beaches and restaurants in Himare.

The very stylish rooms and lovely garden. Great combination of old and new. Within the garden several nice places to chill out and feel private. Great shared outdoor kitchen that is well equipted. Everything clean and very comfortable bed in a silent area. Very welcoming guest that take the time for you and help with great tips for the neighbourhood. 100% recommend!

Thimios and Anna were fabulous hosts and we ate with them 3 out of 4 nights during our stay. Food was excellent. Such a calm and relaxed environment and plenty to do in Himare. Easy to walk to (taxi back up the hill) and the beach is good. Massages from Anna were fantastic. We would definitely recommend.

Everything except the road. The owner was superb, everything was super clean and comfortable.
The road. The road is an enormous minus for this place. There are some 500-600 m of awful road. It's Very hard to go walking to the city because of all the dirt and with the car.. is experience ?
