Nice location with great view if you want to escape the hussle of Himare. Parking is on the side of the steep main road, it works though. Eva is a responsive, friendly host.
Pics look a way better than the rooms we had. Everything I
s really basic, including breakfast.

The terrace with the trees overlooking the sea was nice.
Parking is outside on the street. The room has cold lighting lacking a cozy vibe. There is no place to put your luggage. The shower head does not have a support so you need to hold it while you shower. Be careful with the photos because the smaller rooms don’t have window (only bathroom) so no view at all. The could store our luggage on the kitchen after check-out but the smell inside was awful. Location is easy to get to by car but there is nothing within walking distance.

This is a great place to stay in the Himare area! The villa is very spacious and well laid out. The bedrooms are large. The air conditioning is very effective. The kitchen was very convenient. It was also very pleasant to sit out on the balcony deck. We especially appreciated Eva’s excellent efforts to help us on any issue that came up. She even did a load of laundry for us. Eva gave us great suggestions for activities and restaurants. She is a great host!
The street is sometimes very busy and noisy when you are on the deck. But the windows are very soundproof so the street noise never affected our sleep.

Amazing Stay – Highly Recommended!
My stay at Tzavelitiko was absolutely fantastic! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, close to nearby attractions like Himara’s old town the castle and Livadhi beach, making it easy to get around.
Eva was incredibly welcoming and helpful, offering great recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area. Communication was smooth and quick from the very beginning.
I would definitely choose this place again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Very lovely hosts, great breakfast with food from the own garden, very clean room with pretty decorations. The lady even washed our clothes for free- Thank you so much.
Not all rooms have a big window, look carefully at the pictures when you book.

Location was great - a 5 min drive from the town and close to the castle where you can find cute cafes and an even more stunning view of Himare! Amazing, and such welcoming hosts and beautiful family. Eva and her brother were so warm and generous, offering us breakfast on our last day, helping us with any and every question we had and even helping us with some last minute laundry! Would stay again and highly recommend everyone to do so too. The villa had such comfortable beds and pillows, and their homemade jam was a winner!
The upstairs shower was slightly clogged and could use some drainage, but only a minor issue :)

Very friendly staff, we were staying in the villa (a big apartment) very nicely furnished/decorated and very well equipped, including for the kitchen. Very confortable, 2 real separated rooms (possibility of a 3rd one near a bathroom). Only place where we've been that had 2 bathrooms! Free parking place directly near the property, on the street.
As it is situated on the road, it can be a bit noisy while on the terrace
