Albania still has a way to go on quality of accommodation and restaurant food. With that in mind, this little hotel was clean, pretty, well appointed rooms ( ours was recently renovated ) and perfectly located with access to a very nice beach and generous breakfast. Staff are very helpful.

We loved the quiet location away from the main Himare beach. The beach here is beautiful and serene. The hotel had everything and we loved having the sun beds next to their own restaurant which we visited everyday

This hotel was amazing, very clean and beautiful. The location could not be better and great restaurant.The staff were amazing- Emiljano was so helpful with everything . Reception was great too. Would recommend staying here over any hotel in Himare.

The location to the beach, having sun loungers included was good. Breakfast was lovely.
The pool was very small and ALWAYS overtaken by screaming children. No elevator/many stairs which is hard when you have a knee injury. No one to give assistance after hours (so it's not a TRUE hotel). Not enough extra linens for comfort (didn't sleep all night because of freezing) and nothing but a thin sheet to cover up with.

Dmitiri Hotel was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-located right across from the beach. We booked this hotel after another hotel in the area, Sea View Hotel, canceled on us with no notice, and were so glad we did! The room was immaculate and the price included chairs on the beach (which can be expensive!) and a wonderful breakfast at the hotel's beachfront restaurant. A perfect place to stay in Himarë.
The bed could have been a bit firmer.

At first, the room was new and clean when we arrived.
however,since i had forgotten to add the children to the reservation, the lady to reception charged me an extra 30 euros for mu 3-year-old son but still kept us in the same room. The room was very small. the bathroom had no ventilation and there was a bad smell. Breakfast was served in the restaurant outside, where flies ere gathering on the food,i even saw a staff member sraying isecticide on the floor during the breakfast, which seemed very dangerous for children who could easly get poisoned. it was very expensive for what it offered. on the day we left, the receptionist did not even ask how our stay was.

Location was great, the room was modern and the hotel and room itself was very clean inside. The staff was polite and helpful.
Quality/price ratio overall was not right.
The bed was not comfortable, if you had a shower the whole bathroom was wet, the bathtub that made the room more expensive didnt work properly and the breakfast had to be better than what was offered for the price you pay.

Close to the beach, modern interieur, indirect lighting
The bathroom window was directed to a laundry room. The door isolated us very good from the noises, however, due to a glas door, the room was during the night very bright.

Small hotel located in Livadhi beach in Himarë.
The hotel offers nice rooms (although a bit small) but decorated with touch with AC and fridge.
The hotel is beachfront, with free sunbeds at the private beach.
Breakfast is served at the restaurant at the beach. A nice swimming pool is available.
The Livadhi beach is really nice, quiet and with crystal-clear water. (much better than other beaches in the area)
Breakfast could be improved.
Rooms cleaning is every 2 days.

Wonderful
Perfect location steps from the beach, which has gorgeous water and beautiful views. Everything is recently updated, the staff keep it super clean, and the restaurant is really delicious while being affordable and with awesome service. Great breakfast buffet and delicious lattes in the morning. Beach lounge chairs are very comfortable, with nice shade from the umbrellas. Conveniently located next door to a mini market, and a short walk away from a couple of other great restaurants (Jester and Blue Bay). Easy parking in a private lot behind the hotel. We loved borrowing the hotel’s tandem kayak and exploring the coast to the north, great secret beaches and caves to check out.
The beach is a pebble beach — not sand — and tough on the feet to get in and out of the water (similar to most of Himare and Ksamil in that regard.) Recommend bringing water shoes or Tevas. But, the far end of the beach by the Blue Bay restaurant is sandy and warmer water, just a few minutes walk down the beach.

Dimitri Hotel is in Livadh beach where everything is quiet. The room is super cute and spacious, clean and smell so nice!
The two ladies working there were very polite and kind.
I enjoyed the breakfast at the beach. It was a generous amount every day (egg, meat, veggie, bread, orange juice, jam,ect)
The door was not soundproof so we could hear everything happening in the hall.
