This hotel is wonderful, super clean, and very friendly staff. It is directly across from the beautiful beach of Livadhi and walking distance to restaurants. There is also free private parking. Very relaxing stay.

Wonderful
Clean, comfortable family run hotel/motel just a quick little walk down to Livadh Beach, and a 10 min drive to Himare. We loved this location bc it was quiet and more neighborly than staying in Himare. The family that runs the villa is so lovely and warm. Plenty of parking, comfortable beds, and a nice view from the balcony. We ate at Dimitri’s once a day (everything is delicious) and also enjoyed the bakery next door.

Everything about this accommodation exceeded my expectations. I couldn't recommend it more. I have never encountered friendlier staff who don't fuss over you but actually just make you feel like you're a friend coming home every time they see you. The rooms are spotless, modern and comfortable. Nice balcony overlooking the water and a stunning view of the mountains from the back window. A 2 minute walk to the beach and a fantastic bakery next door. Couldn't ask for anything more. If i'm lucky enough to go back to Livadi Beach (which is the best beach in Albania, in my opinion) i would stay here again.

Really nice apartment in a good location, very close to the sea and with a sea view from balcony. The staff was very nice and it was possible to do laundry for a small fee.
The air conditioning was in the main room only therefore it was getting warm in the other room.

Location is great very close to Livadh Beach and numerous restaurants and cafes.
Parking on site which was great
Cleanliness of the place cannot be faulted.
They happily did some washing for us which was very much appreciated.
Sitting having a coffee with the owners Dad on the leaning we checked out what a delightful gentleman.
On arrival there was no one to meet us, after a couple of Whatsapps someone arrived to show us our room however we never had anything explained to us about the hotel. All communication throughout the stay was on WhatsApp, the owner was very responsive just unusual not to meet the person.
There is no air conditioning in the second room making privacy limited when sharing with friends.
Make sure to read the fine print of the booking, it is cash only payments! We hadn’t read that and had to scramble to pull the cash together at check out.
Nothing to do with the hotel but there’s a lot of work taking place on Livadh Beach as they completely fill the beach with umbrellas and sunbeds.

Check-in was very smooth, just needing to get in touch using the contact number, but we were quickly welcomed. Very clean place with a well-equipped kitchen. A great location for local beaches, especially aquarium beach.
Just a detail for those who need internet, because on the second floor the connection is not so good inside the room, but on the balcony it is much better.
