The location across the street from the beach was unbeatable with their own private beachfront. The cafe at the beach is also a plus. The rooms are generous in size, clean, and the view is amazing.

Linda was a great and very helpful receptionist and she made a truly generous and tasty breakfast. View was also very nice.. hotel has a very nice restaurant and beach bar.. private parking was also a plus.
We had constantly wet floor in the bathroom - probably something broken (we were there in October - just after season). If not that super small uncomfortable bathroom it would be a nice cozy hotel in between those giant cold resorts and flats.. the sea there in October was not really nice..

Gorgeous location. The sunset’s are amazing. All the staff are fantastic and very helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything to enjoy our stay.

Good location, nice host, gave a see view room even though we didn’t book see view. Very clean and comfortable. Love breakfast in the patio upstairs where you have a great view.
If there would be only criticism is the beach had quite few rubbish bits there maybe because it was not the season anymore it was not very clean, but other then that had a great time

This was the best breakfast offer out of 10 accommodations on our Balkan tour.
The view is very nice. The restaurant downstairs is a wonderfully groomed garden - just looks like out of the movies.
Across the street yu also have a beach where you get chairs for free, if you stay at the hotel. I really appreciated how they would clean the sand in the morning with a rake...very much attention to detail from this perspective.
The breakfast room is upstairs (3rd floor), so if you have problems walking stairs, this might be a downside.
We also had a nice balcony, with view to the restaurant and the sea. The view of both was very nice, however, in the evening, we could not enjoy the balcony anymore, as smell of fried oil was coming up - we were directly above the kitchen.

Room was huge great view over the ocean. Nice breakfast. Nice staff. Nice beach bar.
Reception hardly ever manned. Maybe a pager button or something similar might have worked but it wasn't a killer somebody came eventually.

The room was a total mess. The furniture was falling apart, and there was mold and dirt everywhere. There's a noisy restaurant downstairs that blasts music until 11 pm. The pictures online don't even come close to reality. We had a baby with us and only stayed one night. They wouldn't give us a refund for the other nights, saying we should have told them about the problems. But everything was so old and gross, there was nothing they could do. The whole place needs a major overhaul. The 8.7 rating is way too high and based on old reviews. Just a heads up, you might not get your money back if something goes wrong."

Location is really good, they have private beach with free beach bed!
The pictures not showing real room condition. Music from da restaurant are really loud! Ac and ventilation are cover in dust, and you cannot open balcony door because of mosquitoes, so you need to learn to sleep with dust or sleep in hot room!Breakfast is ok, but they don't refill, so you need to go first or you don't gonna find anything! In the picture you don't see street in the middle of the hotel and beach, so you can't let child alone!

Clean, close to the beach. Balcony facing the sea is amazing view at any time. Very friendly staff. The owner Linda was amazing person and very good chef as well. Her breakfast was delicious every morning.

Our stay in room 301 was perfect - balcony view of the sea and breakfast is served in the room next door. Breakfast was a standard continental buffet but the host did cook some delicious omelettes and scrambled eggs with spinach/cheese. We had a large fridge with ice box which was great. The beach is across the road and Venezia guests have a free reserved area they can use - we were in the sea within 5 minutes of leaving our room! There is also a small bar on the beach run by the owners. The restaurant underneath the hotel serves excellent seafood.
Bathroom space is tight and the toilet is packed close to the shower. It's also a wet room with no shower curtain - beware of soaking your toilet rolls! :)

Close to beach Golem, sunbeds (even if not really comfortable) included in the price of the accommodation. You can get beach towels for free. Nice view from the balcony. Nice staff.
Really old equipment, quite limited selection of food for breakfast.

Everything was very good. The location was fantastic. Our room had a beautiful front sea view. The breakfast was very good and fresh prepared from the owner. The owner was very nice, friendly and respectful. I recommend this hotel . Can’t wait to came back next year.

Great location in front of the beach on which you have acces to free dubbels!
Beds are very confortable and the room was big.
Good variety in breakfast
The beach which was a bit dirty but it is not the falt of the hotel it is a General trend on the coast
