The staff was very attentive and the room was clean. The location on the beach was lovely. It was close to markets to grab items that were forgotten and also snacks and souvenirs. Restaurants nearby were within walking distance, affordable, and delicious.
The room felt too crowded because there was more furniture packed into the room than necessary. While taking a shower, the water would switch from hot to cold in 2 second cycles.

I chose this location on a whim looking for 2 nights at a beachfront resort/hotel. I chose this location based on other reviews and also the value. I loved that there was parking, i loved that the staff was so wonderful, The whole hotel was spotless and The accessibility to the beach.
I liked everything .. it wasnt luxurious, like the next door ones, but cozy we stayed in the 2 bedroom apt it was cozy but would be nice to have a soft lighted lamp in each room.. other than that we were out on the beach all day and went out walking experiencing all the fine dining and went back ..to sleep ??

We had an amazing experience with this hotel especially Host Lola was a very welcoming person. The staff was also very friendly especially Denis. He always has a smile on his face and was ready for service. We are so pleased with the service we received.

Cosy atmosphere, excellent for families. The staff was so welcoming, making us feel at home. The hotel is surrounded by pine trees and the sea view from the room is amazing 10/10

It is a great place directly on the beach, with nice view from the window and only a few steps to you umbrella. The beach is sandy, the water was perfect in the end of August, very warm. The staff is very nice and helpful, they speak very good English, the rooms are really clean, also the bathroom and the mattresses are super comfortable. We had good breakfasts and delicios pizzas in the evening in their restaurant. The location is very good - you can walk by the sea in the evenings but also a lot of little stores and restaurants in the city, you have a lot of options to eat or shop, everything is very close. We had to pay extra for sunbeds and the umbrella at the beach, it was 1000 Lek/day.
The nights were a bit noisy, the hotel in the neighbourhood has some live music programs every evening and we couldn't sleep until midnight. If you don't go to sleep too early, it won't be a problem, or maybe it's better to ask for a room on the other side of the building, not the sea view.

Amazing Experience at Hotel Enera!
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Enera. The hotel is comfortable, well-maintained, and offers a relaxing atmosphere. However, what truly made our experience special was the exceptional staff. I would like to extend a huge compliment to the waiters Hevio, Aldo, Erdi, and Dini, as well as the super kind manager, Adem, and the talented pizzaman, Fabian. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made us feel right at home.
The food was another highlight of our stay. Every meal was delicious, and the prices were very reasonable. We especially enjoyed the breakfast, which always included fresh vegetables and fruits. As seafood lovers, my family and I tried a variety of seafood dishes, and we were thrilled with both the quality and the price.
A big thank you to all the staff at Hotel Enera for making our stay so memorable. We look forward to seeing you all again and again!

Hotel was clean, food was amazing with varieties at breakfast which was inclusive of the hotel. All the staff are excellent! We had sheets changed and very clean towels with house keepers cleaning the busy areas often. The bar and restaurant staff are very friendly. The facility is 3 star but the hospitality is 5stars. It was good that they have hospital just outside the hotel and a pharmacy directly opposite with various shops around.
I wish they have a pool but it was clear on the description they didn't have it. Overall, I will recommend the hotel.

Very good breakfast! Lots of fruits and fresh made eggs or omelett to order for free and they even gave us breakfast to go in the evening before we had to leave early in the morning because of our flight, above expectations! Super friendly staff!
Loud music playing from the hotel next door until 00 which made it difficult for us and our kids to sleep. Dark curtains would also have been nice, it was not possible to get it completely dark in the bedroom otherwise everything was perfect!

The location, as it was by the seaside, it was wonderful.
Where to start, there is no elevator, the beds are vedy hard, the walls are thin, you you can hear the other rooms, the food was terrible in the hotel, service also very slow. I asked for a baby crib, but they didn't provide even thoug i though it was a family restaurant and hotel.

Fifth time returning to this lovely family run hotel, it just keeps getting better each time we come back! Hot breakfast and coffee included with a generous spread of fruits and freshly baked breads and pastries each day. The restaurant has a relaxed but efficient service with our favourite waiter Hevio who's kind and attentive to what we need year on year. The food is always fresh with our preference for seafood dishes but a great selection of pizza for the kids to enjoy that can rival any Italian pizzeria! The rooms are clean and aesthetic with a gorgeous sea and sunset view with clean barhroom, balcony and regular towel changes. Any staff we encounter from the cleaners to the baristas to the waiters and not forgetting the umbrella man who keeps the beach and beds in order who will also run an iced coffee (or aperol spritz!) from the restaurant to the seafront if asked, are always happy to help. The owner of the hotel is always around making sure everything is running smoothly. Himself and his family who help run the business should be proud of this seafront gem and we will definitely be back (again!).
