The view was AMAZING, the room was very clean and nice with a lovely patio, and breakfast was both delicious and so much food! We also had dinner in the restaurant, and it was very good.
The great view also meant that getting there involved narrow, steep, stone paved labor-inducing streets! Using both Google maps AND the brown street signs we made two wrong turns - one which involved backing up and turning around with no space on one of those stone paved streets. The e-mail telling us not to rely on Google could have included a map to assist getting us through the town! Noisy upstairs resident(s). Wine was a bit pricey.

Wonderful views over Gjirokaster City and surrounding mountains. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good looking pool and jacuzzi - but not sampled.
No coffee or milk in room with tea-making facilities - had to order from reception. Uncomfortable seating in conservatory - tables too high and chairs too low unless you are very tall! Breakfast served on a tray in conservatory. Very comprehensive but would have preferred buffet where we could take what we wanted. Expensive accommodation compared to other hotels visited in Albania. Very long walk into the City, worse coming back up hill. Recommend shuttle service for guests without their own cars.

This is an absolutly lovely boutique hotel on top of Girokaster, with this breathtaking view over the old town and castle.
The staff its as warming has a lovely place like this required. The food was absolutly delicious. I only regret that we hadnt spend more time there.

Amazing service, beautiful resort! This was our favourite stay in Albainia- 100% recommend! Pool was dreamy and our room was fabulous... the VIEW is incredible.
It's hard to choose something negative about this place, but the only underwhelming thing was the restaurant, the service was good and food nice but the decor didn't quite meet the high standard of the resort... but a table shouldn't put you off visiting this place!
