We were warmly welcomed by the owner - a very hospitable man who speaks excellent English. The property is calm and pleasant, with a lovely gazebo and a quiet neighborhood. Everything was kept very clean and tidy, thanks to a kind lady who takes care of the house and garden every day. We felt very comfortable - just like at home. We truly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended ?

This is Magic Place with history
Owner is very Kind person and aleays helpfull.
Speaks fluent English.
We had shower and toilet in room.
Place is quiet and tidy.
Its only 5-10 min by car to durres Center in traffic.
We recomend this Place to anybody who would like to stay in Durres.
We are happy to find this offer.

The host is welcoming, laid back and helpful. The place feels nice with a garden to relax, The room was spacious, clean, and had a fan and mosquito net, in spite of it, quite warm yet.
Sadly we couldn´t have the room I had booked, we needed to be relocated in another room with no bathroom.
The GPS location on Google maps it is very tricky, just swerve left on the sign of Peza club on the road and you will find it at the end of the street.

Simple cheap accommodation, nice host.
Towels were dirty and had brown stains. Bathroom wasn't cleaned and the mattresses were too tall for the beds so you didn't lay on even ground

Good value for money. You get exactly what is been shown in the photos. Not 5* star hotel, just decent, clean villa, and peaceful place to be.
Kind regards and thanks for Dede, landlord, for his stories, recommendations and kindness.
If you are on a budget trip warmly recommend.
There are sure place for improvements, but the landlord tried to do his best to conform us.
