Incredible location. Family run hotel so staff do all to make you feel welcome. Excellent breakfast. Room was very good value for money. Highly recommend.

First of all,a welcoming staff,not only showing the hotel but also whereabouts close to where we can hang out or eat at restaurants.
Rooms were pretty good.
We woke up and ate a delicious breakfast by the pool.
Overall a great experience especially for the price paid.

For the price I paid it exceeded my expectations,room was clean when i checked in even thought i checked in late at dinner time.The general manager was very polite and helpful.If i would ever come back to Durres i will come at this hotel.

I guess we got a place to sleep and shower.
Most of it. It's not beachfront, despite the picture above this very review! Location isn't bad, as it's just on the main street behind the beach - but it's false advertising.
They charged 5% extra for paying by card, which wasn't stated anywhere and felt like a scam.
Rooms were dirty. First we got one where A/C didn't work, and there were balls of toilet paper on bathroom floor. After complaining we got moved to another - we did have to tell them to change the sheets though, as there were hairs on them when we got there.
Actually we asked for a refund after getting to the room, but they flatly refused, and moved us to the other (less dirty) room.
Pool was tiny and dirty too.

The hotel is realy close to the beach. The staf helped us with the parking. Wich was very important becouse the hotel is in the center and there is no oarking. The beds were realy comfortable and the view was nice. There is a nice breakfast. Every one was realy nice and helpfull. And the payment was taken by a card (not everywhere it is possible). The manager gave us a prety souvenir in the end of the stay... that was really great and surprising.
There was a dirty sheet on the bed that was smely. We had to take out of the room. There were too litle number of tables in the morning so we had to wait too much for a table to clear so we could eat.

- Too far away from the centre of Durres, dependent on the bus (if no car) as it is impossible to walk to the centre.
- Wifi not working in the bedroom.
- Breakfast no great
- Could hear the noise from outside for until 4am, an issue as a light sleeper.

Only my opinion but i found it a bit overpriced for what it was.

Checkin was a bit difficult. The worker was converting 100lek to 1eur so 115 euro to 11, 500 lek but typed out 115, 000 and kept insisting it was right, we couldn't get him to understand it was wrong so paid 115 euro on card as definitely not paying 1150 euro for our stay.
Hotel isn't on the beach but a short walk. Some photos made it look like it was on the beach.

The hotel was lovely and the staff were lovely. It was very near the beach and very near the port (which was a major factor in our booking it). The aircon worked nicely. We had a good recommendation for some proper albanian food to eat.
Parking was a nightmare (thankfully found a place up the road that charged €7 to park the car over night). Very sad that the pool closed so early so we couldn't enjoy it.

Very nice and clean hotel near the beach. The service was outstanding and the staff were very accommodating. They arranged trips to Tirana and beautiful islands which made the trip even more exciting.
The pool/breakfast area was a bit narrow.
