Amateur reception, no guide of the hotel.
He didnt even ask for our ID? he was not accepting payment via credit card, only cash.
No good isolation, not good isolation, not a good AC conditioner, no eletricity in the room some times...

Τhe hotel parking.
The hotel is disappointing. The room is very small and old, with a double and a single bed. There is no place to put our bags, only on the floor! There is a small fridge, which was rusty inside!! No one can use it.
There is a lot of noise from the street in front of the hotel all night. There are no blinds and the light from the street lamps and the sunlight enters and we cannot sleep. In the morning while we were in the room the cleaning lady came in without knocking on the door and despite our protests, she insisted on coming in. She did not speak any language other than Albanian.
No one from the staff speaks English or another language except Albanian. Only one guy (maybe the owner) who was there late at night.
Also, we arrived at the hotel late at night, after 1.5 hours of searching because there is no sign and the entrance of the hotel looks like a tavern and not like a hotel entrance. From 22:00 we managed to find it at 23:30! When we described to the owner about our hussle he did not believe us, he said it's funny and laughed.

Can't complain about anything for the price I paid.
Great location for beach, restaurants and shops.
Close to local bus stop to get into Durres.
Would definitely stay again

The location was great.
Bed was comfortable.
The room itself was with specific design, but the bathroom was new, and the room had a big balcony.
We had a reservation for 2 nights, and the next day, cleaning ladies asked for our keys, and it was hard to understand why, as they did not speak English. We were trying to explain that we are staying for 2 nights. Luckily, the man walked by, and I understood some Italian, so we explained that we were staying for one more night and could keep the keys ?
Another thing was that we asked to order a taxi to the airport for us. The stuff said it would be 20-30€ but we were charged 40€ at the end. The taxi driver showed us the mechanism, and it was counted down like almost 40€. We asked to order it in the evening for the morning. We weren't late but the taxi was already waiting for us. Maybe the unfair fees for waiting time were charged, or whatever.
